Had some goats processed here. They did a great job and the product was handled great. They worked my schedule and my order was complete in a timely manner. I was late to pick up my order, no fault of theirs, and they held it for me no problem. Staff was polite and eager to help. I will happily do business with them in the future.

My family and I ordered a whole cow and paid plenty for it and the meat is fatty and the T-Bones are not T-Bones the filet is basically cut out of the T-Bones so technically you can't even call the steak a T-Bone the hamburger looks like it's sat out in the elements because it's not bright red in color it's more like brown we ordered a pound and a half and got maybe a pound and we got more soup bones than one cow can produce. I would highly recommend getting your cow process elsewhere this meat market is scandalous and as far as I'm concerned I would definitely save your money and go elsewhere shame on you North Folk for skimming from other people's meet I would never recommend this place of business ever nor will I be buying from the farmer. People pay good money for their meats coming from a meat market and a farmer and for this kind of business to go on its basically stealing from your customers. doesn't say much for the business or the farmer so we will no longer be purchasing. Save your money go elsewhere.

Called around to many shops and deside to order our double smoked Easter ham from North Fork. On average they were over $2.00 less per pound. The ham was absolutely the best ham I have ever had. (And that's alot of hams for this old fat girl). Keep up the great job we will be back.

Their location places them close to the Twin Cities for a quick commute, or far enough from the Twin Cities to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Had a cow processed here recently. We have used about 8 lbs of hamburger and every pound has had several bone chips in it. Very disappointed!

Very unhappy! Bought a FULL angus cow from a local farmer went to the butcher to pick up the meat and walked out with barely over 300lbs for a FULL cow! The explanation was to trash talk the farmer about how he brought in the skinniest sickly cow he had but then changed the story that the cow was so fat it was fatty tissue they had to cut off. Trying to talk us into getting cows from someone else or from them personally. Instead of customer service how can we make this right it’s farmer said this, butcher said that and I’m sitting out a huge chunk of money for a little bit of meat.

Just picked up a 1/4 Beef from here, and I can say the meat is Excellent, the steaks have excellent marbling, and are Very tender. The Burger is also nice and lean, can’t wait to try a Roast soon. Neil and his his crew did a Fantastic job, everything was packaged and labeled nicely, Don’t hesitate getting your meat from Northfork Custom Meats, you won’t be disappointed. thanks again Neil we will see you for our next 1/4 Beef !

This is a small hometown butcher shop ,pork chops were 1.99 lb. Can't beat that price and they looked very fresh we also bought some peppered bacon and beef sticks they had a good selection of different flavors . The T-bone steaks looked amazing . Not a huge selection but what they had looked fresh and worth trying. Oh! one more thing they were very kind and polite .

Ordered 1/8th of beef and got 42 pounds of burger, steaks wrapped in 2s or more, which made me mad. What if I want 1 steak, now gotta thaw the whole bundle! Meat is good but wasnt there's. I ordered from a farm and they just processed it.
