I've come here 3 or 4 times, using a different bay each time. The water pressure is pretty disappointing, doesn't have much power to clean, and rinsing takes longer than it should. Somewhat expensive for the time you get. I've been using it because it's right down the street, but will now drive to a further location for better equipment. Good to rinse salt in the winter, not great for getting your car sparkly clean.

It’s ok, can you wash your vehicle, yes. But they will nickel and dime you. Very low water pressure, it will take you longer to rinse than brushing or using soap spray. It will add up, soap seems to be decent quality.
I’m going to look for another place, Just saying.

TLDR: Shouts out to Luke at the Hopkins location.
Idk, I'm kind of salty about the tokens but I get it...
There are some little things about this spot that could be improved. During my most recent visit to this location the hose leading to the wand ruptured mid wash. The attendant Luke was busy nearby keeping the place looking clean... Immediately noticed the hose had ruptured and helped me out getting to a new stall as well as hooking me up with a new round of starter tokens to complete my wash Best customer service I've had in a long time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I was reviewing Luke's customer service. Overall this spot is ok.
Update: bumping this spot from a 3⭐ to 4⭐.

Edit: Apparently you need to be done with your car wash by closing time. I showed up 3 minutes prior to closing and the doors were locked.

Second time i have such a bad experience but this time was so disappointing and scary.
I used to love coming here to clean my car and now im scared to. The employee who drives a tahoe and is a dark bald man has officially scared me away. I told him today that I would be reporting this to the manager and he yelled “ What’s the owner going to do about it tell him, And he refused to give me his name.
All I did was pull into a space to clean my car when i started getting yelled at by him for it.
This is the second time he just attacks me with his screaming. The employee has a habit of yelling at people or threatening people on the job i’ve seen it done to others while getting my car wash, They need to let him go or find a replacement because his behavior as an employee is aggressive and quite frankly very dangerous.
I stated to him many times in a respectful manner if he could please move his vehicle and be respectful in which he yelled back and told me to choose a different car wash.
I’d love to be able to speak to the owner and be able to voice my concerns as this is very unacceptable and uncomfortable being my neighborhood car wash.

The most expensive do it your self car wash in all the metro area. No timers on the walls. You don't get the time you pay for. Will gladly drive further for a car wash thay doesn't cost more than a gas station wash.

I was there to wash my company van and this was one of the few self service car washes that my van fits. That said, it's okay. You buy tokens in $6 increments for 2 cycles, and only get a few minutes for each. You barely get enough time to wash and rinse. Bays are not very big either. All said, it does the job, but it's not ideal.
