I bought a vehicle here in July 2024. My sales person was Sikari, who was an excellent sales person. I have had problems with Service every since I have gotten home. I had to take my vehicle in because the 2nd luggage rack got knocked off by an overhead parking ramp sign. The guy who started working with me, (Drew), started off by telling me he didn't have time to sit down and do an estimate to my insurance company. I stopped and looked at him in surprise because I have never heard a response like that from this service dept. Once we got through that. The rest of our interaction was all text. He even text me to ask what my last name was, my vin# and if I could send him a copy of an estimate he sent me. I took a picture of the form he had given me with all of that info at the top of the page and sent ot to him. It took the part over a month to come in. After I got an appt two weeks after that, I took my truck in, got a ride there to drop it off and he text me to say they were missing a part and now I would have to wait another week. I had to text him back twice asking if my car could be picked up. This long complaint all to say; Walser, your customer service in the Service dept. has changed greatly. If you can't teach the new people the old skills, than get some of your old employees back to teach it. You spend alot of money, then get treated like you brought your moped in for service.

Bought my Grand Cherokee from the Walser Nissan in Wayzata August of 2022. I have had to get the water pump replaced 3 times since February of 2023 - all done at Walser CDJR. After the second time, they failed to plug back in my radiator fan and my engine overheated right after picking it up. I just got my car back from getting yet another water pump replaced (had to wait an entire month for an appointment) & 2 motor mounts and noticed that my ground wire is broken / disconnected from replacing the motor mounts and just hanging (could easily get caught in a belt). What’s the point of having a warranty if you have to wait a month to bring it in and they always mess up something else? How many times does my water pump have to be replaced?

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Ram from this location yesterday, 8/9/24 and brought it home, happy and excited. Our sales lady, Sikari, was awesome, and great to work with. Then, this morning, it threw a code. Brought it to our mechanic to have it looked at, and turns out the thermostat was trying to draw coolant that wasn't there after being told the reservoir would be filled before we left when I noticed it was low. In addition to that, the alternator had fresh oil on it, and what looked like a fresh seal on the front of the motor, all indicative of an issue this dealership KNEW about and did nothing to fix it. I've tried to call them no less than 14 times today, and no one has bothered answering the phones. Not the sales team, not the front desk, not the service department. Nothing. At this point, I'm very tempted to invoke the lemon laws and return the truck and go somewhere else.
I would STRONGLY suggest reevaluating the customer experience. If any organization elects to charge customers 10s of thousands of dollars for a vehicle, at least ensure it's not going to immediately need a head gasket or engine replacement before advertising it for sale.
I'll update my review once there's a resolution.

Continuation of service issues. Not the repair itself, but speaking with service advisors.. Please do not treat me as ignorant about vehicles and if I ask if a specific part is covered, why not go the extra step and call Autogard to make customer experience better. I had a 5 minute conversation with Autogard and described issue and was told yes repair of that item is indeed covered. Instead your level of customer service reinforces my decision to never buy from Walser again
Left message for Jason, no response. Not impressed

Think twice about purchasing a car from here if you live out of state! I have never done a google review in my life, but this experience was so terrible I had to voice it.
In retrospect, this wasn't off to a good start. I repeatedly had to reach out to my sales person to get an update on my sale. He was impossible to reach and often didn't return my call. When you're doing an out-of-state good size purchase ($60k), it's a little unnerving to not have communication with the seller.
My temporary tags expired 5/18/24 and I still don't have my plates! Today is 7/8/24. I was told I needed an emissions test to complete my titling, so I took off work to get the emissions done, only to be told that it wasn't necessary. I then was told the plates were delayed by my local BMV and to contact them. After a 45-minute phone call with the BMV, I learned the dealership misguided me again and that the plates had been released weeks ago to a title/registration vendor Walser uses.
I then contacted Walser again with the feedback from the BMV and had to leave a voice mail (it's impossible to reach a live person). I heard back from a manager, Dan, on 7/2/24 who assured me my plates were coming and that he'd call me at noon on 7/5/24 to confirm I received them. Well, he never called me and my plates still haven't come!
They claim you deal with only one person start to finish and that was hardly the case for me. My sales person has had nothing to do with me since the paperwork was signed. So, I'm on my own now chasing down multiple people at the dealership trying to get my plates. I left a voice mail for the GM today. We'll see if he calls me back and if I ever get my plates.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Hopkins, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Since the initial phone call, I was treated like a valued customer by saleman TeVante Blochowiak. He went over and beyond to help me make my purchase. This means a lot to me because I tend to others in my profession as well and I received that type of service back! When we arrived to the dealership, he continued exceptional service and worked with the sales team to get the job done. The entire process was smooth and transparent. I highly recommend this car dealership. We will return for a second car purchase.
