They cannot figure out the foundation their business was built on: prescriptions. If I could give this walgreens zero stars, I would. They consistently tell me my prescription will be ready in an hour, and then don't have it ready when I show up. This week I called on Tuesday morning, and was told to come in an hour. It was Not ready. I then called on Wednesday afternoon, it was not ready but was told to wait an hour and then come i . It’s Thursday morning, and it’s not ready. If you want to get your prescriptions filled correctly and by people who care, this is not the place.

As another person said....if I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't even know where to start.I don't want to come off mean or as being harsh, but there are no other words to describe the service at this Walgreens- they are slow, lazy, incompetent, and lack knowledge on what's going. And I don't believe they care. I pick my meds up from here (when they actually fill them), because it's soooo close to home, and they have a drive thru. But for all the hassle, I might as well just drive the extra 10 minutes to pick up elsewhere, that won't cause me such a headache and be a waste of my time, EVERY time! Just so over it. In person, on the phone (that's if you even get a hold of someone) just a complete mess and hassle!!!!

Convenience for me as I pick up prescrip. for two. I'm their often. It's very close to home. But I also understand the frustration in dealings with the pharmacy and being on hold for long times. Or one script is not ready, do I have 30 minutes to wait when I was told they're all filled. Under staffed and a very busy pharmacy.

I had to pick up pain killing medication at Hopkins, MN location for my daughter. They said that they would message my daughter when the medication is reday. No messages received. After making my daughter go through her account with all that pain found out that the medication was ready. When I went there to pick up the medication, I asked, why they didn't message me. The answer I received was it was not her job in a rude way. I understand, it might have been an automatic thing and my daughter is enrolled in the messeging. So the answer, I was looking for was that they will look into it. The feeling, I received was that they do not care about the patients. I also get my priscriptions from Walgreen at abradeen, Blaine, MN. They are short staff there, even with that they are always easy to ask questions with good answers and they call you to make sure that you are doing ok with the new medications that you just started taking. This is not the first time, this happened at this location. You always have to teach them of what we need from. Either prescriptions or mannerism.

if I could give 0 stars I would! my prescriptions are NEVER in stock. and when I call to check they don't get back to me 10 minutes before close, leaving me NO time to even transfer it to another location! some prescriptions are set so I can't order till I run out, putting my health at risk EVERY MONTH!!! Have reported this location several times and nothing gets done. very disappointing.

Ella (in the pharmacy) went above and beyond to help me with a medication. She was very kind to me and helped me save a lot of money on a prescription.

Worst place to get medication they take for ever also they are lazy to transfer medication and they don’t know what they doing they where I swear there driver through is sucks I have my baby in the car waiting for an hour the pharmacist doesn’t know when she will have stuck of the medication so don’t go there if you need save time and energy all they do talk ???No idea how this Walgreens is still open. If you need a prescription, plan on picking it up at least 2 weeks after it says it’s going to be ready, of which they blame on the system and the pharmacist. It’s also incredibly gross and run down, and staff is rude despite people being upset that prescriptions aren’t ready hours after they say they’re going to be ready. I can’t even transfer my prescriptions elsewhere because they are unreachable by phone unless you’re prepared to wait 2 hours on the phone. This needs to be shut down.

I've been waiting weeks for my medication. They tell me a different story every time I call. It seems no one here has any idea what's going on

Terrible customer service. Incompetent and unprofessional techs. Been a Walgreens pharmacy customer for decades and this is by far the worst.

Received great customer service this afternoon! A pharmacy team member answered my phone call on my first ring and was able to assist me with a question I had about a prescription refill. I was instructed to stop by the store to update my insurance information prior to refilling my medication-which upon arriving at the store, was taken care of almost immediately! The entire process (from filling my prescription to checking out with my order) took about 15 minutes. Overall, this was an awesome experience. I really appreciate the staff's attentiveness and excellent customer service!

There is only one pharmacy tech that is helpful and kind. There’s some kids that are working there that laugh and make you feel uncomfortable while picking up your prescriptions and are just plain rude. They also stand around talking to each other a lot. Everything is always an issue here, unfortunately

Poor service at the pharmacy. I made an appointment to be seen, even showed up early for no one to know what was going on or how to do anything. It seemed to a single pharmacist trying to support and answer the questions of 7+ techs that couldn't figure anything out. Then the guy at the counter tried to make me pay for a COVID test. I'm like dude I pay for insurance to cover all this for me and he was giving me the run around so I left. Go to a different Walgreens. I was waiting around longer than the appointment should have taken, all for nothing. I don't know ow about yall but I don't got time to waist

Lack of communication this pharmacy should not be open. My daughter had two pink eyes & two severe ear infections. This pharmacy took hours and days. Than when I finally went up there they didn’t even have her medication in the system to be filled. Due to there negligence and False Equivalence stating her medication was ready to be picked up my daughter still suffered an ear infection for 3 weeks. Her medication was not ready and I had to wait an additional 30 mins that actually turned into an hour.
