I had both of my small children with me 4 and 1yrs old. We had just come from the pediatrician. Both of them had bad ear infections and needed medicine that night. It was 5:00pm when I arrived. I waited over 30 minutes inside to get to the front of the pharmacy line, to hear that they had not yet started the prescription and it would be 20-ish minutes. I was kind, as I have worked in customer service for years and staffing is sometimes an uncontrolled challenge. I then let my son buy a small toy and at that time my 1 year old needed fed and was almost ready for bed. I decided to go through the drive through to get the prescription so my daughter could eat her bottle and I could frankly contain my kids from running all over the store. The drive through (2 cars in front of me) took another 30 minutes.I waited for almost 1.5 hours to get medicine I needed for my sick children. No apologies for the delay, nothing.There needs to be a thorough staffing/service plan support built for this pharmacy.

Very nice people supported by garbage information systems. Second time in a row that I requested a refill online only to have it get stuck at order confirmation. Tried to call...was on hold 40 minutes and then disconnected. So I went to the store. They acknowledged that the order got stuck in the central system, again, and they had no visibility of it. I was told that the best way to communicate with them is to come into the store...their systems are not reliable. Really? You do know this 2023 right? Have you heard of Amazon? Check'm out.

Worst Walgreens in the cities. They just don't care. Waiting in line now for 30 minutes and they just walk around talking to each other. I'd like to see them sick and trying to get an RX. Shame on this store and it's employees.

One full star is overrating. Refills never ready when promissed. No updates. Endless waiting time to inquaries. Staff appeares like a bunch of trainees on their first day, chasing their tails to locate your medicine in the wall full of trays, or constantly hammering keyboards...

Well.... Stopped in a little before my rx was ready before the foot of snow we are about to get. The woman working let me know it would be about a half hour to fill. No worries, right? I was an early and it makes sense. However, I just walked up about 45 minutes after and I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes before it would be filled. The gentleman working sounded like he had no idea I was waiting on them.

Went to pick up my medicine found out the pharmacy was closed!!! On a Saturday???? What’s going on?? Each ile had unopened boxes that needed to be on the shel. Do I need to change my pharmacy??? Very dissatisfied!!!

Consistently one of the slowest pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Was on hold for 2 hours and got disconnected/hung up on. The last 20 minutes on hold I didn’t hear any message that someone was ahead of me.. I called back and 3 people were magically ahead of me again… absolutely insufferable.

Today Somali drive-thru cashier sold me medicine I'm newer ordered.She put it in my bag, newer notify me! Nothing say!when I'm ask why so expensive she took my cash.when I'm a for give me back or replace she refused give me back my moneyI can't believe it happens with me in minnesota.

Highly recommend updating store hours online to reflect actual hours - drove 30 minutes to get baby supplies (after seeing “open until 12am” on Google”) only to find an employee there to tell me they’ve closed at 10p “for months”.

Made an appointment to get flu shot online. An hour after my appointment time, I'm still waiting in line to check in. The same 5 people in line ahead of me when I arrived are still there. There are about 6 employees behind the counter who keep shuffling back and forth aimlessly. Lady who is especially aggressive and loud gets to go to the front of the line. Do not attempt to get your flu shot here
