Holding my funds with a check I deposited without giving me the slip of paper saying when it’ll be released. Keep calling and finally had a manager tell me it’s their back office risk department. I’ve deposited many checks of this size. They are holding this before the holidays.Now they tell me it’s being held for 10 days completely ruining our holidays and my kids birthday.Manager said they’ve never seen checks this large. Which he’s wrong because I’ve deposited many like that. He says your account doesn’t have enough to cover it. Yeah because everyone under the sun preaches to invest it and not keep that type of cash in the bank.I’ve had this same account through the entire process and comes from the same account every time. Such a joke.Thanks US Bank. When that money gets released I’m taking it all somewhere elseSincerely a disappointed customer.

Applied for a truck loan securing it with my own funds secured at US, turned down. Applied for personal loan securing it with my own funds, what I got in answer to that was a 60 month interest rate @ 17% and my return rate for a 60 month CD was .25%. How was that helping secure my financial security or TRUSTING your Vietnam veteran long-term customer? US Bank failed in it's duty to not only have trust in their long term customers goals, but to also build their stability. I'm making a run on my money now, if US Bank could not trust an American Vietnam Veteran how can I possibly trust US Bank in the future?

I opened a Visa card with US Bank. The US Bank never put the Visa account linked to our online account. When we attempted to create a account for the Visa card on the link that the US Bank provided, it kept saying the account number does not exist. So, I never used the card. Then months later, the US Bank sent a bill stating the card was used. Since the US Bank would never assist when contacted to create an online, account, I have no way of finding out what the charge is. Their customer service is never any help. I contacted the BBB, and they only thing the US Bank did was claim they sent another card, which never arrived. They also claimed they sent a letter in the mail that would assist to create an online account, however, the only thing the US Bank sent was a letter stating they decreased the credit limit because of the outstanding charge that I never did. The BBB stated the US Bank is not assisting and the US Bank refuses to assist further. After decades of having an account with the US Bank, I am closing the account. Do not do business with this scam bank.

As a customer I had an issue today.. couldn’t solve it very disappointed after being with them for more than 2 years ? will b switching bank soon.

U.S. Bank CEO Andrew Cecere,I opened a U.S. Bank checking account with a cash deposit on July 5, 2023 in a Los Angeles, CA branch.At 9:40pm Pacific Time tonight, July 17, 2023, and at 9:35pm Pacific Time on July 10, 2023, I received U.S. Bank emails that instruct me to make a virtual deposit to open my checking account. I ALREADY MADE A CASH DEPOSIT ON JULY 5.I called U.S. Bank Customer Service 4 times in a row on the night of July 10, and HATED INTERACTING WITH THE HORRIBLE ROBOT VOICE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. ALSO UPSETTING WERE THREE HUMAN EMPLOYEES WHO WERE NOT HELPFUL TO ME. THE 4TH HUMAN EMPLOYEE.WAS NICE, AND SAID SHE WOULD REPORT THE ERRONEOUS EMAIL I RECEIVED TO MAKE A VIRTUAL DEPOSIT TO OPEN MY NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT WHICH IS ALREADY OPEN. THE "SYSTEM" APPARENTLY SENT ME THE INCORRECT EMAIL AS BUSINESSES AND HUMANS BECOME INCREASINGLY, ALMOST TOTALLY RELIANT ON AI, BOTS, DRIVERLESS CARS, ETC. SOON, BOTS WILL REPLACE HUMAN EMPLOYEES AND LIKELY ACTIVATE A NUCLEAR BOMB.I KNOW YOU MAKE TONS OF MONEY IN YOUR SALARY, AND PROBABLY DON'T CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL BANK CUSTOMERS UNLESS THEY'RE VERY WEALTHY STOCKHOLDERS, BUT YOUR U.S. BANK SYSTEM HAS SOME BIG GLITCHES THAT MUST BE FIXED. SADLY, I ASSUME THEY WON'T BE FIXED GIVEN MANY 1-STAR REVIEWS OF U.S. BANK ON GOOGLE REVIEWS.?

To all who have had issues with fraud on their account. I highly advise if you bank with US Bank to change institutions immediately. Never thought I would find myself here with this situation. Been almost a month and the situation is still unresolved. Many calls to many different departments and still having issues. Hope this helps to warn and protect others from going though this same situation. UGH!!!!!!

No option to give negative or Zero rating. That is the only reason, I set 1 star (least min) here. Their promotional bonus program is cheating. Their customer care people very much listening, but no further action on any ticket. Their escalation team is useless.

Your bank is appalling if it wasn't for me trying to purchase property I would change banks immediately. I went to you branch to make a deposit your ATM counted 380.00 less than I counted. The banker told me not to bring rolled up dollars next time that they could mess the machine up. Sure enough after hearing the difference I asked for the money back to recount by hand as they were taking the money out the machine jammed. After 1.5 hours of trying to get my bills back I asked them to audit the machine because they only gave me back the last amount the machine counted and they wouldn't audit the machine. I called the customer service for an investigation because i just want to confirm I'm not missing 380.00 and it was miscounted due to the bills gettong stuck together and I was told nothing could be done. You guys are the worst bank to date. Will be leaving as soon as I can.

Thieves and crooks. I log in online for my company's credit card which I applied for through my online mobile app. It shows statements with zero balance due. I thought it was promotional. Nope, I get a call saying my company owes 3 grand plus late fees and interest.I explain the app shows no payment due yet. They say this happens all the time. I am a user of the card and the card shown online goes to a corporate account I cannot see online. There is a separate login I have to be a computer tech to find and figure out.They say it is not their error after an hour in the phone with multiple supervisors. They waived the late fees but not interest. I had one loan with them I paid off plus this credit card. Now I am done with these terrible greedy and greasy individuals.
