I called this morning saying I needed some quick and dirty body work to make my 2016 Camry safe to drive after hitting some higway debris. They got me in right away and took care of the problem in less than an hour. I was surprised at how cosmetically unnoticeable the result was. Very nice work at reasonable cost.

TL;DR: unprofessional, stressful, and shady customer service; was told AFTER the work was done that they only took cash, and they didn't do the work correctly so I had to pay to get their mistake fixed somewhere else.I needed my brakes repaired, so I called and the owner said he would be there to get me set up since his mechanic didn't speak English. He wasn't there when I arrived, but thankfully I speak enough Spanish that I could explain why I was standing around in their parking lot (as there was no office or front desk or anything). Finally, the owner showed up, and told me to text him my number and that he'd call me when he had an estimate. Called me, told me how much it would cost and that he'd text me an invoice. He never did, but eventually I got the call that my car was ready, but was told that they couldn't take credit card because their "machine was broken," and would not take checks either; only cash. I knew perfectly well what the actual reason was, and I told him I don't keep that amount of cash on hand (who does?), and since it was Sunday all the banks were closed, and I wasn't sure if an ATM would let me withdraw that much. I said I'd try but had no idea if it would work. I walked to the shop and once again he's not there, but once again thankfully I speak Spanish, so I was able to tell the guys who were there that I needed to go to the ATM, and they let me take my car. I could have EASILY just left without paying a dime, especially since I'd yet to receive any form of invoice, and now I kinda wish I had. But being an honest person, I went and got the cash and gave it to the owner's son, who once again was lucky I was honest because there was STILL no invoice and he had no idea how much I owed them. I was just happy to get out of there, and content to not leave a review because I don't like to leave negative reviews.But then a week later my brakes started grinding again, and it got worse over time. I took my car into a different shop, and they found that the brake parts hadn't been lubricated when they were installed, so I had to shell out even more money to have them disassemble, lubricate, and reassemble them. So it turns out not only was I given the runaround to avoid paying taxes by Taquito's, but they didn't even do the work properly. I will never be returning and I recommend you don't go there either unless you are the kind of intimidating person that people don't try stuff with.

These guys are fast and economical..they did a transmission in my Nisson Titan ordered the used one and had it all done from start to finish in 4 days and it cost me 1/2 the price of what the others quoted me....the Spanish family are very honest people that work at the shop "A1 SERVICE"
