This place is a joke. Very lazy and not willing to work. Hours online says they are open until 7. I pulled I'm at 6:25pm only for the oil change guy to come out and tell me "the guys inside don't want to take another car in," I stated "you are open until 7 so what's the problem?" He shugged his shoulders and walked back inside. Less then 5min later, the car in the bay pulls out and the inside staff laughed and didn't open the door for me. Absolutely lazy and heavily lack customer service. I will be filing a complaint with corporate! Completely unacceptable behavior, especially when they let one more car in after turning me down. Less than one star should be an option here!

Great service as usual. I surprisingly got free oil and tire filled with zero payment, because I was told that my mileage has not reached it limit. Lol

Polite staff. But, on multiple visits in a row, the staff have not screwed in all of the screws on my air filter casing and hose clamp…multiple visits in a row. No exaggeration. Disappointing.

For sure I’m never one to give nothing less than positive feedback. So yes I’ll still give 5 stars. But I wasn’t greeted with a water like the corporate stores. Once I got in the bay manager was very nice etc. all said and done I got my receipt and it said they checked multiple things like air filter etc… that was not checked. I know it’s dirty lol. Also price is way too high for what I’m getting. I can go else where and pay 2/3 less and get oil and a filter. So not really sure why I’m paying $130 for an oil change. Good service nice guys working there. Won’t go back just because of the price tho. Just not worth it. Unless I’m getting free washer fluid and oil top off during my 3k mile range or something. Just way over priced to me.

Love this place, everyone is so kind and respectful, and super super helpful. Had something go weird with my car after an oil change yesterday and they helped the next morning right away. I will never go anywhere else!!

Satisfied overall. They notified me of an oil leak, which I already knew about but I appreciate they care enough to notify someone when they see a problem. Once in the stall, the oil change was quick (about 10 mins). They should have had more employees working because only 1 of 3 stalls was open, and there were a few cars that lined up behind me while I was next in line. Some people left because of the wait.

Fast and easy oil change, although they didn't add quite enough oil (according to the dipstick). I had to go back and have them add a bit more.
I feel they could have done a little bit better job inspecting the vehicle other than the oil change. I had to ask them to check the tire pressures. That is supposed to be standard with the oil change. Not sure if they topped off my fluids or not. Make sure you ask when you go to make sure that all gets done.
I feel they did a fine job, but it also could have been a bit more professional.

Chuck the manager was very professional ,he let me know all about my oil and the difference ,heck even showed me how to turn the back wipers on ,because I knew I needed a new blade ,but didn't know how to turn it on. I recommend them the guys are all nice and professional

Went smooth no complaints, they did a free top off service. It was a nice surprise since I went in too early for the full oil change.
