Wish I'd read the reviews. $190 to tell me I need a new unit but they will credit it off a very expensive new unit. SCAM

I had a surge water softener installed when I first bought my house and never had a problem with it, It was and on demand regenerate unit that saved salt.

Had a nice conversation with them when they came out for a service call, but really no help in solving my problem. Except for the fact that they motivated me to fix the problem on my own, not worth calling them. Basically I paid 160 for an estimate of an overpriced outdated replacement.
