I called twice to see if you were open, no answer. Showed up to find the car wash closed at 4:45.
Your auto body employee didn’t even know the car wash was closed and told me to head over there, just to find closed garage doors. Your sign says 5pm, the website/Google says 6pm. I got a call back only after already stopping by that your car wash closes at 3pm. So- which is it? Update your hours immediately and stop wasting everyone’s time. I won’t be giving this place a second chance

They’re only open till 5 o’clock. Website and Google say 6 o’clock, but apparently they can’t update their information online. I have been here several different times thinking they were open until the published time.

DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to PAY TOO MUCH!! We were quoted at $149 for one of the detailing packages but was charged $200 because I didn’t vacuum first. I had to pay it to get my car … such a rip off!! The place we usually go in Eden Prairie only charges an extra $10 if they need to vacuum more than normal. $50 for vacuuming is RIDICULOUS!

They did a great job with my car! Friendly employees and make sure you’re happy with your car! Got interior detailing and couldn’t be more impressed, it looks brand new! You even get a Carwash included. They definitely earned a new lifetime customer.

Friendly employees but my car wash was bad. Sides of the car and towards the bottom still have dirt residue. The back below my door hatch was only cleaned on the flat surface where it curved up was like untouched. Have been here before with no issues very unhappy with today's visit.

Wonderful experience here. Interior package and was blown away. Looks brand new. Removed stains from the passenger seat and carpets look store bought. They even came back after hours so I could get my car ( i did not ask for that ). Highly recommend.Side note: car wash open till 5 or 6. Detailing only till 3. Reserve appointments online for detail work.

We have been using Sunshine Detail center for several years. We send them 10-20 cars a month and have always been impressed with the service. Rene and the crew are top notch. He is willing to go above and beyond. They feel like family the way we are treated with respect and kindness. I cannot recommend them enough. The cost/value is outstanding as well. They do quick, quality work compared to other detailers we have used in the past. Cloudy headlights? Ask Rene for the headlight service. They come out looking brand new. Thanks Sunshine detail crew!~

That was the worst car wash my caddie has ever been in- dirty- and the Hispanic crew was lazy- for over 20 bucks you can dry my rims and put some tire dressing on- DRIVE PAST THIS PLASE

The cashier is abrupt. When a senior heard another person ask for the Tues senior discount he inquired why he didn’t get it. Her response was “you have to ask” customer service!! My car was vacuumed, kinda. The doors and dash ignored. I had to request they clean the dead bugs from the front.

We have used their detailing service many times. Great people and we've been satisfied with the work. Greatest challenge is scheduling an appointment. Don't pick up phone, website scheduling does not work and the don't return emails. Best option is to just stop in.

Looks like there was barely an attempt at vacuuming. Got the #1 since it was the most expensive, since I figure they're cleaning out glass probably just pay the highest price, which the person that met me at the didn't say would be a problem. They left glass shards under the seat, one of the mats were literally barely touched by the vacuum every crevice of the car still has debris in it. Outside looks great, but that literally wasn't the reason I went there.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
