We stopped by the other day after we had a bit of a fender fumble. Darryl and his team answered the call and within an hour we had a very reasonable quote. I think most importantly, he prioritized the work and we were able to get the body work done within a week of it happening! He was very responsive to every call, was very honest from the start and the team did a great job! Our daily driver/dog car, a 2002 outback, was hit on the front by a negligent driver. Due to its age, it seemed destined to end up in the junkyard despite it only having 100k miles and a pristine maintenance history to include new head gaskets and water pump.Our insurance quickly proclaimed the car totaled, however I purchased the vehicle back from them. After doing my due diligence and getting 7 quotes from various body shops, the range was $3000-$9000 for repairs. Seward was one of only three body shops that came in below $3500. Also, Seward was one of only two body shops that did not immediately shoot down my idea of procuring the needed parts used from junkyards.I was able to purchase the needed parts, luckily already in the correct color to avoid the need for painting, for less than $325 and a little driving. Seward let me know that the original quote would likely end up lower due to the pre-purchased parts and the fact that paint was no longer needed.I dropped the car off and anticipated weeks of waiting because all shops I had spoken with were very busy and backed up. I was surprised when only a week later I was contacted and told the car was ready. I was even more surprised in the reduction in price from the original quote.Sadly, finding honest people and companies is becoming more difficult as time goes on. I feel so fortunate that I found and chose Seward for this repair. Their pricing was more than fair and helped make it fiscally possible to keep an old but good car on the road. Only someone with integrity chooses to charge considerably less than an original quote when there would be no easy way for the consumer to identify the true level of effort/time spent on the repair. I will never go back to this place of business He put junkyard parts on my car when I paid for brand new and after market parts the he did something to my radiator now I have to go back to another body shop and get my car fixed correctly he took off clamps and did not put clamps back on my car just needed body work now I can't even drive my car.... I will be following a lawsuit and his place of business will be getting sued!!!!Service: Body & Trim

The worker he did a ok job replacing my hood and bumper but painting my car was not a good job at all I have to take my car somewhere else to get my paint correct it you can see some light and dark places on my car ?I took my car to a few time cuz they didn’t do my Blend job good so I will not recommend anyone to go to this shop they will tell your car will be done on this day then I call them on that day now they said it will be other week to finish my car after all that time they had my car it’s still not right Smh if you want to see the car or pictures email me we can meet or I can send you a picture know need to lie about this.Then it took them 3weeks to replace a bumper omg it’s so much not right with that company definitely the owner. - 10 starService: Painting

WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! If you are looking to waste your money take you car here this guy took advantage of me and my vehicle still has problems.I paid this guy to check and fix a brake problem I had he told me we needed to fix the calipers I paid him for that, then he said we need to do the master cylinder I paid for that then he says "o there was a leak in your breakline" after I've paid him for the calipers and he finds a leak in line which he could found with out even have to replace the calipers.I then had a leak with my power steering pump I asked him to check it out he said that I would need to replace the entire pump I paid him to do that which took him three whole days to do and still there was leak. I go to pick up the car thinking it was safely stored and he had my vehicle parked around the corner under some trees and it was covered in bird crap judging by how bad the birds had pooped all over the car it was easy to tell that my car had been sitting for days which lead me to believe he hadn't really put as much time and/or effort into fixing the problem but charged me for the extra time although I brought the parts and materials he still charged me for the parts and materials so I finally get my vehicle back after he had foe three days and not only did I find that the car was still leaking but I took my vehicle to another shop only for the mechanic to lift the hood and in three seconds spot that there was just a hose leaking it never needed a powerstering pump it was just a low pressure return hose I needed thats when I realized I had been swindled I. After calling and calling and leaving him voicemails with no answer I show back up to this guy's shop to see if there was any way he would actually fix the car he he stitting there listening to ***** radio with a zip lock bag with handgun bullets and a cigar in his mouth, he knew I would be upset and this is the type of reception I get!?!?The absolute gall of this old guy, he then basically says he has to charge me again to take the powersteering pump off ad put the hose back on!!!!! I felt completed infuriated this guy had my car for three days and was suppsedly "reparing" my car but when I got the car back it was in worse running condtion than it was before I brought it to him.I should have followed my first mind when I first saw his shop it a car graveyard with all types of broken down cars just sitting around.I still entertain the thought that maybe he took parts off my car because it shouldn't have taken him three days for a power steering pump it not like I rushed him into doing the work I called and asked him when would be a good time and he told me when ro bring it.UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.... Not a great experience to me. This is a small family shop so you will get a cheaper price compared with the big ones, but be aware that the quote you were given goes up as the days pass by.
