But, at Normandale, not only do the staff seem to care that my needs are met, they also treat me like a member of their community and someone who they are happy showed up. Phenomenal!”

“I've been going to this location for 5+ years. The gentleman that works here is by far the nicest and most helpful post office employee I've ever encountered. Even during the holidays he is cheerful, helpful and efficient. There's usually never a line but when there is it goes quick.”

Got a tracking update today for a very important package, and all is exactly what he said.After dealing with customer service and a million postal workers, Dan has so far been the absolute best.”

“So, I have to say I have been avoiding the Hamel post office for quite awhile. There was a gentleman that worked there that was just awful. Today I went in there because I didn't want to drive far because I don't live that far from it and the young woman that was working there today was a breath of fresh air. Just very nice and pleasant. I certainly hope she has replaced the other man. It would be different if he was awful every now and then but, no he was just unfriendly and gave such bad vibes everytime I dealt with him. I am giving these 4 stars to that young woman.”
“I've only been here a handful of times, but when I do go the woman working the front counter has been efficient and pleasant to work with. Im sure it's a hard job, but she handles it with a great attitude. Someone give this woman a raise, she deserves it!”

“The employees here were really nice. The middle aged guy that was there right away in the morning answered my questions nicely/was very kind and ready to help, and the African American gentleman there at about 10am was very fast (I had to leave and come back to find a bigger box).”

“This is one big honking Post Office! The drive through is easy, once you get around the frontage roads. There are two rows of boxes to ease traffic, which there is a lot of at this office. Exiting is easier then getting in, but that's all Bloomington regulations so we won't blame the USPS.”

Ally went above and beyond for us and tracked down a package that was soon to be lost in the void. Without her extensive knowledge and heart to help, we’d be on serious trouble! “I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)”

“This is by far the friendliest Post Office I have ever been to.I’ve lived all over the United States and used a lot of post offices and this one has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have ever interacted with.I actually live closer to another post office and make the extra trip to come to this one when I need their services.”
“Had to pick up a couple packages during peak holiday season. Employees were helpful and kind, even when there was a long line. Pro tip, if you're there just to pick up a package, go to the blue door and ring that bell!”
“I've only had the occasion to visit a couple of times. The annex is a special place. While they can't do a lot of what your regular post office can (don't come looking for stamps or to ship a package), they CAN handle a lot of the things that your local post office may not be able to. For me, this meant getting some mail that hadn't yet been delivered. For another customer, it meant picking up a package that had been sent without a suite number. While it's a good-sized facility with ample parking (conveniently located within walking distance of my workplace), working directly with customers is only a small part of what they do. If nobody is at the desk when you come in, ring the doorbell on the wall opposite the door. You may need to wait a few minutes, as they've got a whole lot going in, but they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, USPS!”
“We just moved to town and could not find our mailbox. Miss Connie was extremely helpful every time we had more questions. I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is there. “My Name is NOT Steve. I am Linda and I think the service here is very good. Yes I have had to wait in line, but not long. Clerks have been knowledgeable and efficient and sometimes when not busy, even quite friendly. But then I am old, CIS gender, and white.”
“This location can get quite busy; and yet I've always experienced helpful customer service, even if it means I need to wait for my turn. Contrary to another review, I do not find this location to be dirty or unorganized. “I was in and out on a Thursday afternoon. Not busy at all. The self service boxing system was awesome, very quick. I would bring your own sharpie for the boxes though, the pens aren't great and it's hard to write on cardboard. Took me about 5 minutes! Desk people were helpful and quick.”
