WORST Russian Store and Customer service EVER!!! I used to go here all the time until an incident recently. I bought 2 lbs. of salami that we always buy there, as it’s our family’s favorite and spend $20 on it. When I got home and opened the salami, the outside looked BROWN and the inside was red (the whole salami should be red and not brown on the outside). I took a bite and spit it right out, as it had a strange taste and didn’t taste like it usually does. The salami was definitely expired and has gone bad! I called the store and explained the situation and the lady told me to come by the next day and they can replace it for me. I stopped by the following day and bright the salami to show her. She looked at it and told me that she called the owner about the situation and he said there’s absolutely no way that they will replace the salami and will not refund my money at all. She suggested she call the owner on the phone and I can speak with him. She got him on the line and I explained everything to him, to which he interrupted me and basically said I was whining about the product and he’s not going to do anything about it and that I can just leave the store and started yelling at me. I told him that it’s better if he were to replace the salami or refund my money instead of our whole family eating it, getting food poisoning and then us suing him and the store. To which he replied, “Sue me!” I hung up the phone and walked away. I will NEVER step in to that store ever again!!!! The owner doesn’t know what Customer Service is and that he runs a business in America, NOT in Russia!!!! Worst place EVER! Don’t go there!!! Be careful and watch what you eat, otherwise you could get food poisoning from expired items there, especially deli meat. Be VERY CAREFUL!

A lot of really interesting items in this store. A Huge variety of Russian foods. They have a nice selection of chocolates and wafers, etc. and one of my favorites is the premade borscht soups. there's several varieties and all are pretty darn good. I've read earlier reviews that said the staff is not very friendly and that's probably true but I think they are Just quiet unless you're speaking Russian. Definitely check the dates when you buy something. I think a lot of stuff stays on the shelf for quite some time. They have a really wonderful selection of sausages and cured meats. Not my regular grocery store but I definitely enjoy many of their products occasionally.

Terrible service, excessive views of sellers. I want to tell the owner that it is time to change, because his business will not last this long

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was ignored for the longest time. The lady who helped me had a look of disgust on her face. Like she was doing me a favor. The very rude cashier at the register was straight-up talking trash about me to the other co-worker in front of me. What gives? There are a lot of expired items in the store, so if you do go please check the dates. Ketchup is from 2019. Beware!

Expired kefir. Acted like it wasn't purchased at their store. Asked for a receipt. I left without being able to exchange the expired product.

I recently visited Paradise Market, an Eastern European grocery store, and I had nothing but a positive experience to share. This store is a hidden gem, with a wide range of high-quality products that cater to Eastern European food lovers. From fresh produce and dairy products to meat cuts, bakery goods, and spices, the store offers everything you need to cook authentic and delicious meals. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure to answer any questions and offer suggestions on what products work well together. The store is also clean, well-organized, and offers competitive prices. Overall, I highly recommend Paradise Market to anyone looking for authentic Eastern European food products.

This place is literally iconic. I was a very regular customer for a few months a little while back - i was using this place as a coping mechanism for my parents’ brutal divorce - and every visit was a treat. There are lots of wonderful items - I recommend the georgian lemonade, pierogies, tomato sauce, tea, and desserts. I even dropped a cake on accident there one time, and they assured me there was no need to pay for it. Such nice people and very welcoming as a limited russian speaker!

That's the spot now. This place was absolutely delicious the lamb, Gyro and the beignets are absolutely incredible! I've never had a lame you're out that made me cry, but this made me cry tears of joy, for the people who created it if I could give more than five stars, I would
