I thought I didn't know much about cars but it turns out I know more then the employees at this location. I asked for a simple light bulb for the upper mounted brake light and they said they needed to order. I go there today to pick up and the young guy up front gave me a universal high mount brake light. I told him that most likely was not what I needed and he and the older gentleman sat there in silence. I brought it home knowing it was probably not what we needed and my fiance confirmed this. Go to O'Reilly's down the street ,not here.

Service is barely adequate, even if somewhat slow to respond. I was helped after someone who came into the store after me. Not a HUGE deal, but just annoying that's all. But this is indicative of service in many places in the last 3 years or so. So I'm getting used to it.Lackluster customer service has become the rule, and not the exception unfortunately. But it doesn't have to be this way if a business really tries hard to put customer facing business first, and back room stuff til after the customer leaves.Years ago customer service here was actually not too bad, just lately it seems to have gotten little more sluggish. Just a heads up that's all this is. I know they are capable of more, thats why I'm sure they will straighten things out if enough people say something. Thanks.

I bought some windshield wipers and asked for assistance from Patrick and he told me to YouTube it. I left the store and days later I YouTube how to put on my wipers. I was having some difficulties putting on the new wipers and drove to NAPA to get assistance. Another employees and Patrick refused to help and Patrick told me to YouTube it again. Thank god some customers seen me struggling and helped, but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They are not professional or helpful. I will not be coming back.

Small store and not the most speedy service. The staff are helpful once you get to them. They seem to operate off of knowledge more than indexing. They had an interesting assortment of cheaper tools and clearance items.

I've bought many parts from this store before. Went in today to have them test a car battery that's been giving me trouble. Only one person working on Sunday, he asked me if I had to jump the car that I pulled the battery from. "Yes, I did" I responded, which is why I was there to have the battery tested. He said there's no use in testing it. "Why?" I asked. "Because once a battery is used up, it can't be used again. It's a myth that cars charge their own batteries. The batteries come fully charged, and over their life they get discharged. Once you have to jump the car, the battery is used up. The only way to get more charge into a battery is to put a 'battery charger' on it. No point in testing this one if you had to jump it." Now, I'm not an automotive engineer, but I am an electrical engineer, and I know this is wrong. Cars do charge their own batteries as they run. And even if you need to jump start your car, it doesn't mean the battery is 'used up' can shouldn't be tested. (You may have just left your lights on.) I tried to explain to him the truth, but he wasn't interested in hearing it. I went to a close by store and they happily load tested my battery for me. So beware - make sure you know what you're doing when you go to this store and take their advice with a grain of salt. I'm sure most of the staff there know their stuff, but this guy didn't.
