I was facing some unexpected car trouble, and got towed to Morrie’s Mazda just before closing time on a Friday. I’d informed the service team ahead of arriving and they had me set up with a loaner upon arrival and confirmation that my car would be assessed early the following Monday morning. As promised, they sent me the inspection video and a short summary of the issue (it turned out to be major), but contacted me later in the day after collecting all the details on cost of parts and labor. We decided to let that car go and they also provided recommendations on salvage groups and made sure we all the options. Great service team!
