I have a vehicle that is professionally tuned on 93 octane and I have gotten bad gas from this location. Also, I needed to pull out some cash and the ATM had no internet access.

I needed a hitch for my new car. I had luck with 2 installations in the past with Bauer's so I called them again. I was told it would be at least 10 days. Ok. So today was finally the day! I arrived promptly on time. In the past I was offered a ride home. I asked about that (I live exactly 5 min. away) and was told they don't give rides anymore. My only option was Uber. Went home to wait since there is no comfortable place to wait at Bauer's. After being home for a while, got a call from them saying they didn't actually have the correct parts because the work order said Mazda CX-50 instead of the CX-5 that I have. Had to Uber back to pick up my car. Over $30 in Uber costs and I'm back to square one. The attitude when I picked up the car was 'oh well'.

Family owned 35+ yrs. Mike (Owner) is very friendly. He knows my whole family by name. Gas is cheaper there. They also have a U-Haul rental and you can refill your propane too.

Favorite gas station in SW metro, 88 is 10c cheaper than regular anywhere else. Also has a U-Haul business on site where I got a custom hitch. Propane refills onsite as well.

Fill up anytime, best prices in town. Locally owned. Also have UHaul rentals, moving supplies, propane, auto service.

Stopped here once, closest place to me since I was 10 miles past empty and car was about to die. Pump held onto my card and would not let go. Screen froze. Had to go inside to ask for help and the guy was like "yeah, happens all the time. No one knows why" Probably should look into that. Can't imagine people like turning a 3 minute trip into a 15 minute, fight with the machine trip.

Manager is horrible with customer service. Also drives way to fast in the lot and smashes into other trucks. Yells at customers and kicks off property based on his own views. Sad to see a local place get effected by such horrible employees. Use to be a great place! A lot has changed and I will definitely never go back as long as Josh the Manager works there….

I used the U-Haul website for hitch estimate. Price came in at $471, installed, but I would have to wait an extra 4 days. Then I called Bauer's Custom Hitches - they are a U-Haul Rental service. Got a price of $471 from them on the phone - when I wanted it done. Dropped off my car and when I picked it up, I was given a bill for $738.55. When I reminded them that they quoted me $471 - they said that was for the hitch, only. I did not get a written estimate from them before I had the work done - so I had to pay them the inflated price. My costly lesson is now yours - for free. I will never do business with them again and suggest you be very careful, if you do.

Completed a UHAUL rental with this facility and would highly recommend you go elsewhere if you're considering the same. I booked multiple weeks in advance, but when I arrived for pickup I was immediately told all of the dolly rental equipment was unavailable (he didn't bother to check before communicating this). Came back to the counter with 2 of the 4 dollies I reserved, said the other 2 they didn't have, but conveniently had 1 available for purchase in the gas station at full price. If you don't have the equipment available, fine, but couldn't a courtesy call be made? Really poor service.

Parking lot has a steep side to it. Fuel is the best price and quality in the area. Looks like a good place to get propane too.

I rented a Uhaul truck. Some mechanic had a horrible attitude. Made me very upset as I had a really horrible move. I don't care who he was or who he thought he is. This guy is awful. My boyfriend was just curious and was looking into the shop didn't even step into the mechanic shop area. Then we were yelled at that there was no room for us all. WOW! Plus we found an empty vodka bottle that was in the glove box. Nobody looked over the truck properly. Had we gotten pulled over we would have had a problem.

I love that this station offers non-oxygenated fuel for motorcycles and other recreational vehicles. The staff is friendly, the air pump is free, and the prices are fair.
