We've rented a storage unit from this StorageMart for almost a year. We recently upgraded to a larger unit. The staff here is fantastic answering every question promptly and doing whatever they can to make the storage process go smoothly.

Great experience working with Kaylin, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Continued to be very prompt and clear when updating forms and answering my calls / voicemails regarding unit options, access to the building, moving expectations, and transferring to different units in the future. She is newer to the team and is killing it! Thank you!

Jodi at StorageMart is very friendly and informative. I rented a 10 x 15 for over 18 months and always felt safe going there by myself at any time of the day or night. The facilities are centrally located for Minneapolis area and Southwestern Suburbs - all about 15-20 minutes away. The facility is always clean, comfortable temperature, and plenty of large carts to use. They even have some mattress carts that are very helpful. Every person who ever came to my storage unit always commented on how clean the facility is, even the bathrooms are always clean and fully stocked. They also have several bays (3 in front and at least 2 on the side I used). I recommend this place for anyone who needs a storage unit of any size.

I had a very positive experience at the StorageMart on 150 Tyler Ave. Every aspect of the process went smoothly. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed. Jacqulyn was especially helpful and professional. I highly recommend this storage facility

Storage Mart on Tyler Ave is one, if not the best storage facility I have rented from…and I have had MANY lol! The new management really takes everything to the next level. Most storage facilities are temperature controlled but rarely are they nice & cool in the Summer. Tyler Ave storage temperature is really cold & perfect. And toasty in the winter. It is incredibly clean as well. The staff, Jacqueline & Joseph, are truly incredible employees. They are so friendly & very accommodating. I was so incredibly stressed, and a little cranky lol, when I arrived at my unit to move out after 10yrs (yes, 10yrs!) & finally bring my belongings home. I was a little cranky with them but they rolled over it & made me laugh & smile. I actually enjoyed moving my stuff out for two days! They were kind & fun & they are dog lovers!!! Highly recommend this storage facility. It’s awesome! And the employees ROCK!!

Jac and Joseph are friendly and always keep the property clean. There’s always carts for loading/unloading and the staff answers any questions or concerns I may have. By far my favorite property.

Jacqulyn has been of great assistance since my tenancy, and so far my experience has been great. The storage is always well kept and smells nice. I have a pet peeve about bathrooms but the bathrooms in this storage unit is super clean. I do appreciate her customer service especially when I travel out of the US.Joseph I met quite recently, and my interaction with him was very helpful.I will always use their storage unit.
