I just purchased a used Honda HR-V for my daughter and was very happy with the experience that I had at Luther Hopkins Honda. Alex, my salesperson, was a delight to work with. He was helpful and accommodating without being aggressive or pushy. The entire purchase process took under an hour! I highly recommend this dealership!

Brought a civic in for a warranty repair on compressor and condenser. 1 day after getting car back, compressor blows. Claim there is no possibly way they did anything wrong. They do not stand by their work. I called other Luther dealerships who were more willing to work with me. Bad look for Hopkins when other Luthers are more willing to work with me.
Late edit: they also charged for the diagnostic on their botched service?

My experience at Hopkins Luther Honda was made excellent by the people that work there. I was dreading going through the car-buying process again, but I experienced friendly attitudes, honesty, and a willingness to help that went beyond expectations.
Eduardo (Eddie) in sales made me and my time a priority. His professionalism and go-getting attitude expedited the process and his attitude made it feel like I was working with a friend.
Catarino in finance made options and documents clear, I never felt like I was signing something I didn't understand.
If I ever need a new car, I know where to find one.

I went in to test drive a Honda CR-V, and had an excellent experience working with Laurentino to test drive, understand the numbers on a vehicle I was interested in, and get an appraisal on my current vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured. Ultimately, I found a vehicle that fit what I was looking for a bit better, but I would absolutely recommend Laurentino and Hopkins Honda to anyone.
The only downside was that I was unable to test drive the trim level of the CR-V I was interested in, though they had it in stock (demo vehicles were being used for test drives instead). This was different from any of the test drives I did elsewhere with other brands, where I drove the vehicle I'd be purchasing albeit maybe in a different color, and made it a little difficult to picture and understand the exact vehicle I'd be buying.
Overall, I was happy with my experience at Hopkins Honda and felt the team genuinely wanted to help me and wanted my business!
