My 2011 Honda CR-V was recalled for a rear frame corrosion, I brought it in and when I went to pick it up there was a noise coming from the muffler system. When I brought it back to find out why it was fine before I brought it for the recall they tried to sell me some alignment for 150.00 for the brand new tires I had just put on, I said no thank you, just wanted the noise identified that was not there before they did the rear frame corrosion recall work. I received a call that they needed to replace the part b muffler system because it was rusted out and that would be 2800.00 and most like more because I had oil leaks. I said it was fine before the recall work and they stated it was just an older car and these things happen. I said no thanks I would have my mechanic look at it. When I went to pick it up there was a charge for 137.50 for diagnosing the problem. I will never go to this dealership again. Sue Hamilton

Always the best service at the best price. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I've been going there for years and never had any issues. Thank you Hopkins Honda!

Just a normal oil change and service. Both Sara and Zack were professional in their work with me.

If you have a vehicle that needs diagnostics run, repairs that require people to investigate or do more than the basic look-over, don't go here. Seriously. I called and made an appointment to have an in-depth electrical diagnostic run on my CRV because there was a battery drain happening every other day and I wanted to know what was drawing the power. I gave the receptionist details and info so that the appointment would go well. On the day of, the guy who did the intake erased all of the notes that were given and instead changed my appt to a basic used car exam. When he called, I had to walk him through what I wanted done all over again because he told me he had erased the notes. He then wanted to charge more because they had to go back and do the work I asked for. Eventually, they replaced 2 fuses, did an oil change that no one asked for, and that was it. The battery died again a week later, of course, bc they didn't do an in depth exam. When we called to complain and ask for better service, the service manager was EXTREMELY rude and abrupt, and refused to correct the problem that had been caused by her own staff. We reported her and the location to Honda corporate, and they were very unhappy with her behavior. We went to Bloomington Honda instead, and they've been great! They found the actual problem (a wiring issue with the remote starter) and did the work. Go there instead! Hopkins is not the right place to go.

Sarah my service tech was friendly and informative and I was out within 90 mins for an oil change, alignment fix, and various fluids check. They always check your tires and battery also.

The sales person was very professional and very helpful. Also, the financing department worked diligently to make it possible for me to purchase my new CRV. Everybody I met was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

Expressed to two employees I was looking to buying a new 2024 Honda CRV while having my 2019 CRV serviced. No one appeared interested in talking to me about this. Another Honda dealership told my my 2019 CRV is an old car and that 51,371 miles is high mileage. Apparently Honda does not want to have cars my age on their lot as two dealerships have shown no interest. Business must be good! I will never consider Honda again.

While I was hopeful that I would be able to get my car fixed in their body shop, they quoted 3x the price to repair my vehicle compared to anywhere else I went to get a quote. Their shop is also very small. Therefore, it would have taken almost triple the time to get my car fixed here.

Great experience buying my new car. Appreciated the communication on timing. Didn't like that it was mandatory to add some features that I didn't really need or want to pay for, but otherwise purchasing was a painless process.

Colin made the car buying experience very relaxed and less stressful. A couple of notes, don't even try buying a new vehicle. Stock is at an unprecedented low and the waitlists are months long. Certified pre owned or used will be your best bet to find a vehicle in today's climate. Geiger with used vehicles you aren't getting a perfect factory car. For example the car I purchased has a broken rear view camera. Since they can't fix it on site due to back orders it will be a couple of weeks. This is more of a hassle than a negative complaint. The negative: Why does a used car cost more than newer lease car per month? I bought a 2017 Accord with 62k miles. My old car is a 2019 Tacoma with 15k miles on it. I understand that their are factors impacting this but it's a tad ridiculous. There is a mandatory misc fee for some pulse thing. That's an extra $300 for a blinking red light to activate when you hit the break. How is this mandatory? I understand it's a safety feature but the car already has safety features. I viewed this as unnecessary. The finance team really try up sell you on the extended warranty. I told the finance team no three times before they accepted what "no" means. The positive: Colin, my sales rep, was exceptional. Very easy to talk with and helped me explore a few options before settling on the accord. Though his job was made easier by lack of inventory.Because I had no way to pick up the car after dropping off my old one at a different dealership, he dropped the car off to me at the different dealership. I appreciated that as it made the transition seamless.
