Picked my car up today. I’m pretty sure they even did a quick detail on the interior! (Makes me feel bad since I didn’t remove all the things from my car before dropping it off)I don’t have any complaints so far about the workmanship. The repairs look as good as new. They did originally estimate a week and it ended up being two - not a huge deal.

I had a scheduled appointment but when I showed up, they refused to help me. The person who took the appointment failed to take the right info and they wanted me to reschedule. Worst customer service and total waste of time.

It took 6 months for them to repair my discovery! When I got it back the mats had stuff all over them the vehicle was filthy! I left the shop within minutes I realized they hadn't reset the electric system, my charging station, blue tooth nothing worked. My lights didn't even come on! I called they said bring it back in we didn't reset it after changing the battery. something within 6 months you would think they would have done. I wouldn't recommend this place to your worst enemy!

BEST SERVICE ever! I had a door ding, a bad one. Lance made sure that I was taken care of. He scheduled around my schedule and location - sent Justin out to meet me at Hopkins Honda. WOW! Justin is an awesome tech - he knew that he would have to drill a hole in the side of the door, since it was near the edge (in order to do the best job.) Luther has had my car for 40 days, and it is still not done. I was given 3 earlier delivery dates that all got pushed. Covid, murder hornets, civil unrest, supply chain issues - whatever the reason is for the delays...I think customers deserve straight answers and information from the companies we use. Missing delivery dates, time and time again, leaves customers feeling deceived and minimized. I can handle delays. I can't handle the general lack of empathy for the customer side of things. Be straight forward with your customers. Don't over promise and under deliver. Customer loyalty resides in trust. I am struggling to trust that the the car will be done when the manager said it will be and now I am more skeptical of the work they are doing. They have a chance to make things right. I just hope that they do. I guess I will update this review if, and when I am finally able to pick up the car. More to come.

Terrible customer service and quality. I had no alignment issues when I brought my car in, and the day I picked it up my steering wheel started to shake going over 50 mph. I called the shop back and the front desk argued with me, saying it passed their inspection so any additional fees incurred in re-inspecting wouldn't be covered by my initial payment. So much for the warranty of their work. The shop also estimated 4-7 days for my car but had it for 11, all while texting the wrong number for updates.Service: Body & Trim
