One of my top best and easiest experiences! I said it’s broken and they said we will fix it. Didn’t have to do a lot of explaining at all. Quick in and out service!
There was a mix up in where I was supposed to go get my 3M tape fixed so I called last minute to be moved over. I arrived and everyone was nice and quick to get things done. I left within the hour and things were addressed with easy. Thank you to the folks (John, James, whoever put on my new 3M tape, and Ben; I hope those are the right names) who were so helpful and didn’t make me have to reschedule an appointment and drive 40 minutes again ? Myself and Ruby (my car) appreciate you all!!!

I wouldn't bring my car here. If you guys want underbody coat done right. Bring your car some where else. They just coat around plastic trims and doesn't remove any of the plastic trims out. Even under my wheel well and quater panel wasnt spray. This is unacceptable. MN winter is rough and salt can slip under the plastic trim and can cause rust.
I brought this attention to someone at Luther APS on Friday and I still haven't heard anything back. I just want my car to be done right like their other competitors.

I have used Luther Performance Studios twice. Both times their workmanship has been excellent and priced reasonably. I use a manual wheelchair on a daily basis which causes many problems as it’s brought in and out of my Subaru Wilderness. From they’re shop mangers Blake, Nate, office Manager Kathy and especially their installer Jake made my experience fantastic

James did a awesome job of rustproofing my 2024 Kia Seltos once it arrived at his facility. I really aprreciate James and his team doing a great job of rust proofing my car even thought due to circumstances beyond both our control the car got there arrived later than expected. Awesome service!

Sent my vehicle with a driver from Luther and it all four of my center caps were there, it comes back missing one. I called and they told me that their arrival video shows it missing...but their driver drove it from my house to their ship. Will not do business with them again. It is a small cap, and they couldn't satisfy their customer...pretty sad.

I have used Luther Performance Studio 3 times in the past six months on 3 different vehicles. I purchased the same package on the first two and was not aware that the last package was slightly different. On both prior occasions, I was told when my car would be done. On the third, I was not told that, so I assumed it was the same as the others and declined the loaner car. I was then told at the end of day 1 that my car wouldn't be done til mid-day the next day, leaving me without a car. They checked, called me back and said they had no cars available. Today, they called at 10 a.m. and said the car was done. I had rented a car, and they refused to cover it. They also proceeded to tell me that in my phone conversation yesterday, they said they would bring me a loaner car. They said exactly the opposite. They do good work, but their communication stinks. Get everything clearly understood and in writing or they will change their story, as they did to me.

Came here for remote start system installation. Very easy to do the appointment over the phone. I dropped off the vehicle and they gave me a courtesy loner car. Prices were reasonable. Service was great start to finish.

Very happy with my brand new bed liner on my 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X!Luther Automotive Performance Studio did a fantastic job and even included a free rental until my truck was ready for pickup!Cannot recommend them enough for any aftermarket services you may need!
