The pool closes at 9:30, I don't understand why they close it so early, since they already close at 10. ?

I decided to try this location out for the first time last Friday and had a terrible experience. My friend and I had to wait over 30 mins for her guess pass to be activated . After waiting Sam said she couldn’t use the guess pass at this location and must pay 20 dollar daily fee . I told him she had used guess pass at another location in Edina . He went on to say that’s why Edina manager was fired for letting anyone in . I said she is not paying and I would like to speak with manager . He claimed to be the manager which is in fact not true . I went to the guy at the from desk to tell him what Sam did and sam ran over and continued to rant about rules at Edina and this location are not the same . I said we will leave . After almost 40 mins he said he would let her use the guess pass for 3 days but he might get fired for allowing it . I have never had such a terrible experience and will never visit this location again. Sam needs customer service training. I have tried calling to speak with manager but no one is answering the phone .

Nice. Dan P is a very good trainer. Both St Louis Park and Hopkins are well maintained.

The club is a great value, however, twice in the last month they have failed to open on time and for some of us 5 AM is the only chance we have to make it in. You need to have redundancy in place for those of us who do our part, pay money, and expect to get the service we pay for.

I have an active membership with AAA active and fit and front desk employee Melanie wouldn’t let me in after showing that it was active and paid for 2 months out. For the Hopkins, MN location. She was useless trying to help out

This recreation center has recently implemented new closing procedures, shutting down the basketball court 15 minutes early, the swimming and sauna facilities 30 minutes early, and occasionally locking the entrance 30 minutes before official closing time. As a regular gym user, I've noticed this change, which wasn't the case previously. It's frustrating that these changes weren't disclosed when I joined, making it seem like they're violating the agreement. Interestingly, I've heard that other locations don't follow this practice. So, if you have a choice, don't register here - save yourself the hassle and frustration, as this location wouldn't even allow you to squeeze in a quick 15-30 minute workout
