“Lynn and Cindy were absolutely wonderful in every way. From the beginning they were clear about the process and possible outcomes. They made selections for our options that were varied but right in line with what we asked for. And their confidence in the work they do and and the people they have delivering the remodel was validated in the final product. We even had a surprise addition to the kitchen project we started with: the downstairs bathroom had a major water leak and had to be remodeled as well. And they just took it on with ease.
Every phase of the build was on time and within the timeframe. At the very end there were some holdups with the last little touches on our punch list, but Brett, (who did 99% of the construction single handedly), took care of everything as promised. They really a phenomenal job, and everything is just the way we wanted it. Very highly recommended. Thanks very much all!”
“When we were looking for a contractor for our large remodel project, we met with three different local contractors. During a large remodel project, our family routine was important to us, and Boyer helped us establish a “temporary kitchen” to help maintain some normalcy during our kitchen remodel. They also remained in excellent communication about daily start and end times for workers. While we had a variety of workers in our home during the course of the project, each Boyer Building Corporation team member and subcontractor worker treated us with respect and kindness. Everyone worked together to complete high quality craftsmanship.
Tim was our sales manager, and he faithfully answered all of our questions, helped us with the budget, and was a great resource to us throughout the project. Our field manager, Keith, was helpful, knowledgeable, wise, and easy to work with. He checked in frequently, helped troubleshoot potential issues, offered valuable input, and managed the subcontractors with friendliness and ease. He always made us feel like our project was the only project he was managing, though we know he works with multiple projects at one time. Our lead carpenter, Joe, was a kind and steady worker who did excellent, meticulous work on our home! It was amazing to see what he could accomplish in one day. Our project manager, Chris, was very on top of all the details of selections, scheduling, and communication – she didn’t miss a beat! We especially appreciated seeing calendars and timelines throughout the project to help us anticipate what was next.
We are thrilled with the finished product – clean, warm, welcoming, functional, beautiful spaces that turned out even better than we could have hoped for! From the initial design meetings to the punch list and final walk through, Boyer Building Corporation has been wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for their excellent work on our home! “Tom is the best!! My husband and I went to The Tile Shop and other tile stores multiple times trying to decide which tiles to use for our basement shower but to no avail. Then, we talked to Tom. Game changer. He listened to what we wanted, informed us of what types of tiles are better to use where (floors v walls), and he let us know what tiles and styles are considered timeless based on his extensive experience as a tile designer. He was patient with us when we were indecisive, he was never pushy, and he was funny and personable! The Tile Shop has a great selection of tiles and model showers to view, but Tom really helped us figure out what we wanted. Highly recommend! We definitely will be going back to The Tile Shop to work with Tom again whenever we remodel the other bathrooms in our house.”

“We found this place on accident several years ago and absolutely love it. Compared to other salvage stores in the cities and facebook marketplace (people your stuff isn't worth that much) the prices are reasonable. We have purchased items to be delivered and items we took home. Every time we had a great experience. Professional, polite and friendly. Somehow we always pick the the coldest day of the year to go and still will spend hours going through everything.
The older gentlemen (the uncle?) was my favorite. I was sorry to hear he passed.”

I was looking for a rare brick for my '57 all brick and stone rambler. Dan, my sales rep, is so nice and resourceful. He knew exactly what brick my house was and located a sample for me to compare. Pricing was provided within 24 hrs and contractors get a discounted rate. Hopefully all works out and I can update my review.
