Great shop. We have brought bikes in for service multiple times. You're dealing with an honest group at fair prices. They also have a nice selection of new and used bikes for sale.

Walked into Jonny Rock Bikes with two electric bikes that needed some service. While waiting, Jonny took the time to look at both bikes and preformed some service on both bikes. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his work and cost. I have now found a new place to have all my bikes service. Thank you very much !!!!

Came to Jonny Rock looking for a bike and not knowing much. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. They answered all of my questions thoroughly without talking down to me, which was a great relief as a young woman just getting into cycling. They helped my find a bike within my price range, let me test ride a few bikes until I found what I was looking for, and didn’t push me to buy right away. Great experience, would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy a bike, especially beginners.

Johnny Rock is a great local bike shop. Their service is second to none and they’re always willing to give advice as well. I stop there often and bring them my most complex and frustrating mechanical issues. They’re always able to resolve the issue and explain what they did and why. A truly great LBS.

I was in the market for a road bike and Jonny was honest with me and we determined he did not have anything in stock that would fit my needs. It is refreshing to not be pushed into something that didn't fit my needs only to make a buck. When it is time for me to buy, I'll check this place out first!

EXCELLENT customer service!!!!I brought in a non storefront e-bike that was loosing power and Johnny reprogrammed it. He wasn’t familiar with the bike, and the service center wasn’t getting back to him so he gave it a try. He fixed it AND did not change me!I will bring all our bikes here from now on!

Asked shop owner and mechanic to verify throttle issue on brand new ebike. Even though I showed them that the throttle just quits working for no apparent reason, they refused. Told me that consumers have too high of expectations! Told me I should have them fix it instead of return the bike. I’m pretty sure that’s supposed to be my decision, not theirs, but of course they’re in the business of fixing bikes. They get nothing if I return the bike. Both the owner and bike mechanic seemed to take this quite personal and both became very argumentative. This experience sealed the deal for me to return the e-bike to the manufacturer since this place was one of their service centers. I wouldn’t want to ever have to deal with these people again in the future, and certainly don’t recommend them to anyone else.

This place is a hidden gem! Can't beat their pricing! Went to Eric's to get a quote (that was outrageously high) Jonny Rock did the job for a fraction of the price! Amazing work and amazing, knowledgeable staff! Customer for life now!

Favorite place to go for bikes in the twin cities. Got a good price on a new bike, great service, very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in buying/tuning up/getting accessories for their bike

I stopped in to help my girlfriend pick out a bike for trail riding as well as paved paths. The employee I spoke with was very informative, and helped guide us in the right direction.I came back later in the week to pick the bike up and got to speak with the owner, Jonny. He was incredibly helpful and gave me some insight about the brand of bike(Batch), which I wasn't very familiar with at the time. He also gave the bike a onceover to ensure everything was assembled properly.I'll be using Jonny Rock Bikes for all future bike maintenance and purchases, and would highly recommend checking them out if you're in Hopkins or Bloomington!
