“Love the history of this building. So much history in this building. I love the architecture. I was fortunate enough to visit the Mpls. Grain Exchange when there was still somewhat active trading. My parents were able to watch the trading from the observation deck when there was heavy trading back in the day, which was early 1970s. Unfortunately there was water damage to the two pits but feel like it was reasonably preserved. I love that the phone booths and the trading boards and the bell are all in the original places.I’ve had the opportunity to work remotely in the co-working space and was very excited to be part of an amazing work concept. Such an amazing feeling.I also had the opportunity to join a couple of parties that were were hosted at the Grain Exchange. This video was from one of those events.”

I am pretty sure the lady i worked with was named Louise but she was the sweetest and helped hand count my money for me. “I have been here multiple times and they were very efficient. Whether it's drive-through or walk in. Even my work they do business with them on a daily basis. It took me three weeks to get an appointment for a legal document, but I was welcomed by name And Michael took good care of me and the answer to my questions. He was very knowledgeable. And less than 15 m I was old and happy. Relatively easy access and good access to the highway. In and out it's kind of tricky, but plenty of safe parking”

“I've found TD Ameritrade has the best customer service among all the online brokers, and I've tried quite a few. They also have extremely competitive pricing. They may not be the absolute lowest but they are close to it, and with its superior service, it's worth paying incrementally more. If I've ever had an issue, I call them, and they've always taken care of me and answered my questions, and also thrown in some free trades for any inconvenience I may have had. So I'm giving them 5 Stars to the whole online experience and 1-800 call in/telephone customer service. Now these retail stores are a bit different. They can help you with quite a bit including managing your money which is not what I'm using them for, nor what they are known for. I did have one guy from the local office who kept calling me trying to get them to manage my money (for a fee mind you), and he reminded me of the cliche-ish used car salesman. He is now gone. The person who calls me now is much more of a listener rather than pusher, and respects my wishes. If I need to drop off a check, I can do it at this local office, though that's not what the office is there for. If you are looking for an online broker I do recommend TD Ameritrade. If you are looking to open an account with them and haven't done so yet, send me a note and I'll help you get the most.”

“Great experience moving money into Fidelity. We moved some money late in the year to test end of year reporting, found it excellent, and moved the rest of our retirement funds there. As someone who considers herself technologically challenged, I really appreciate the website. For example, there are two major buttons, one for trade (making changes to assets within an IRA or brokerage account) and one for transfer (moving money out of an account, such as cashing out part of an IRA or money money from a brokerage account to our bank accounts). I needed some handholding at the office and got it!”

To cut shipping fees, she grouped purchases going to a Canadian vault. Her networking jump-started my sluggish IRA custodian. I felt like beloved family. Laura Waters told me about shipments; they are discreetly marked and remarkably secure. Joel Kravitz and Jackie Dahl helped with Canadian vault contracts and payments. Everyone at Miles Franklin makes me feel special. I hope President Andy Schechtman feels very proud. I happily recommend Miles Franklin.
