After struggling to return shoes that I ordered online and had been sent the wrong size, the staff at this location was kind and extremely helpful. All 3 employees helped me exchange the shoes and even price matched the deal I had gotten originally. I would recommend this location over any other in the twin cities.

Tried to order online to pick up in store. I selected on everything correctly. Even called the sales department who instructed me to continue and as long as i selected pick up in store, it should process that way. Well i did just that and it still processed as shipping and there’s nothing they can do about it. I needed the product today, not in 7-10 days. Do better finishline. It’ll be a long time before i ever shop with them again. Online or in store. Very very unhappy.
