This was the worst experience I've ever had. They replaced our Frigidaire SubZero Freezer gasket twice. It took over a month to do this. Yet, after replacing it twice, snow continued to build up in our freezer. They actually made the situation worse.
Then they contacted Electrolux stating the Freezer was fixable, even though they couldn't fix it. Electrolux sent another company out. Omega Force came out and determined the issue was the body of the freezer is bowed. Thus, Electrolux is replacing the freezer. But these guys at D&T were clueless and very difficult to work with. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

Travis worked hard and even into the night on one visit. unfortunately it took 3 separate trips and some new parts to complete the job; however, he did it and we appreciated his commitment to getting it right

DON"T USE D&T for any repairs. After their tech damage my appliance they would not even come out to physically inspect the damage. Attached are the current pictures (damaged) which are on the left and on the right is the oven when it was installed. I was told the scratches were adhesive that was left after the oven was installed. The oven was installed in October, the repair was done in July.

Had service on my LG refrigerator in June 2024 and was very pleased with the excellent repair I received. I was happy I kept my paperwork and had also registered my 6-year old refrigerator online as the compressor part of the service was covered. My refrigerator has worked great since the repair. D&T is honest and did a good job.

Repair of our washing machine was completed and tested in an efficient and competent manner. The price was reasonable.

They fixed my freezer that was covered in ice, including the drawer being a complete ice block. He said it was the 2nd worst he’d ever seen.
I called several other places and they all kept telling me what the problem was over the phone and telling me to fix it myself. There’s no way I could’ve done it on my own.

It was bad news for us--our refrigerator was beyond repair. But, Austin delivered the bad news well and helped us understand what kind of refrigerator would be the best replacememt. He came only 2 days after I messaged on the website and was even early.
