“This new branch office is wonderful! Easy to find, easy lot parking, convenient drive-through windows, the interior is beautiful and modern. Most important, service is awesome! I was greeted immediately by two friendly staff. One of them helped me with two transactions. She was looking out for me and suggested an interest-producing money market account rather than putting a big chunk of money into my share savings. Both transactions were easy, quick, competently handled. I was done in a few minutes, couldn’t be happier. “I have been with My Credit Union (formerly RBCU) for over 25 years. I have read some of the other reviews and I am flabbergasted with some of these. My experience experience has been nothing but stellar. I use the mobile app, in person, drive up and phone calls. Always have had a great experience with anyone I have interacted with and I keep an eye on my accounts for anything weird which you need to these days with identity theft! I’ve been needing to deposit some cash and while walking around the city using the skywalk, I happened upon this credit union. It was after hours, but I was able to deposit cash into my account using their machine. It was seamless and so easy. I wish every credit union had one of these machines!”

“Wonderful location. I had previously gotten a loan through this credit union when it was previously called RBCU for my first ever car loan back in 2019. I recently paid off my loan back in April, but didn't realize I had lost my lien release card when I went to trade in my vehicle right before Thanksgiving!
