“I go to this station late night early morning every day. When the young man named Cody isn’t there the place is not being stocked or clean. . The others just stand behind register on there phones . He is friendly and such a hard worker. Thanks to him i feel safe going there late at night .well now closed for 15 minutes whatever that mean ! Plus closing till 5am”
“Was a good visit, but it was during the day. They claim this store is open 24 hrs, this is rarely the case! I get off work around 2am and when I try to stop by the doors are locked more often than not, sometimes someone is even inside? Others not. If you don't have the staff, DON'T advertise being open 24 hrs! :( I would think they would want to be open as nothing else in the area is? It is VERY frustrating to find the doors locked! The parking lot is also very dirty, lots of trash on the ground, and overflowing cans by the pumps, lately there have been a bunch of shopping carts from other places left there, a VERY bad look!”
“Jon was so patient and helpful today waiting on three of us that needed help. I was overcharged on items I had bought the day before. One item that I went to pickup was supposed to be 3.99 online and price marked on shelf. I was charged 5.99. Walgreens always hires the best employees. My experience even before covid is that sticker price on shelf doesn't match up with the price rung up. Anyway the manager quickly gave me my refund. From now on I will check the price on receipt before I leave.”
“Received great customer service this afternoon! A pharmacy team member answered my phone call on my first ring and was able to assist me with a question I had about a prescription refill. I was instructed to stop by the store to update my insurance information prior to refilling my medication-which upon arriving at the store, was taken care of almost immediately! The entire process (from filling my prescription to checking out with my order) took about 15 minutes. Overall, this was an awesome experience. I really appreciate the staff's attentiveness and excellent customer service!”
