Clean movers couldn’t come more highly recommended. They moved my 90 year old dad into assisted living and made everything so easy and smooth for him and for us. Nothing broken, nothing scratched, highly professional, trustworthy and kind. Our family has used them many times, recommending them to others. They always provide outstanding service! Great customer service before the move. They were on time and efficient the day of the move. The team of movers were in our door and did not stop moving until the truck was loaded. Not one complaint about the move or customer service. I will be using them again in about a year and have recommended them to another friend already

I dislike writing negative reviews, but my most recent experience with this company prompts me to. We had used Clean Movers for two moves before our bad experience. Most of our belongings were well-cared for, except for a few of things. Sadly, one of them was sentimental. The other is a sofa which they delivered ripped in one spot. I following up repeatedly with them and was told that they would reimburse the amount to repair it (which was nominal compared to what I could have asked for). I was told that what I was asking was reasonable and that they would send a check. No check was received and none of my further communication was answered. Very unfortunate that the company is not what it was when the founder was involved. I would happily do another, more positive review if they came through with the funds to fix the sofa that I am unable even to donate to a thrift store!!
