“Long time Avis customer here. We rented a van in Knoxville, TN to visit family in MN. The first van would not start, the second van had a crack across the windshield so we were given a 3rd van which appeared to be fine. We were in Kentucky and I went to spray the windshield with fluid to clean it off and nothing came out. We stopped and the reservoir was empty. We purchased fluid and filled it and tried it and it still didn’t work. Open up hood and it was leaking from underneath the liner. So a connection either came loose or broke but you had to take the liner off. So I called Avis to see if we could do a swap AGAIN, at the Avis location in Hopkins, MN. It was the nearest to our final destination and we HAVE ALWAYS had the best service from them when we lived there. Well again we HAD GREAT SERVICE and want to give a shout out to JAMEIA! She had everything ready for us, checked to make sure all was working. She was so great! Where we were very frustrated with the lack of oversight on their cars we will keep coming back because of the great service we have with AVIS! In particular the great people at Hopkins Avis!
