Leaving one star reviews for every place that says they are open on Google when they are not open. Google says open till 11PM but we're closed at 9:12 on a Friday night. Fix your Google business hours it's not that hard.

Stopped at the Pillager Caseys around 10:00am today. Pump 6 didn't work as the screen stated "processing" for over 2 minutes then cancelled the order. Moved to pump 4 and this one didn't work either, the screen stated "unidentified program". Therefore I went inside, used the restroom which was disgusting. Customer behind me with two small children stated the same thing. Then I decided to get a cup of coffee. The machines were filthy. Coffee beans all over the top along with dust everywhere which leads to believe they rarely clean up there. Also chose a breakfast pizza which only two slices were available. Neither look particularly appetizing but I selected one. I waited in line for a few minutes which is fine when another employee came up front to help. I tried to explain what the two pump screens stated but she didn't want to hear it. Simply stated "it happens all the time, so I'll have to pre-pay for the gas". I did and left the building. After pumping I pulled away from the pumps to eat the pizza and drink the coffee. I could not get past the second bite. Extremely under cooked and disgusting. What an overall terrible experience.

Manager Julie was standing in front of an employee who made a mistake, come back shortly after to get the mistake fixed to get sharply turned down. Been trying to go here for a while. But terrible customer service. Lost all my business and would not suggest going there.Will continue to not recommend this location to anyone in my area due to the lack of managers understanding of customer service. HIGHLY disappointed.Noted: I took the liberty to call another BP and speak with their manager to find out there were in fact solutions to the mistake the manager refused to help me with.

I was there at 6:30 this morning (I didn't know they were closed) and the gas was just trickling out so I went to speak to the lady inside and I told her what was happening, and with a lot of attitude, she told me she would take care of it when she opened, I asked her what time they opened and she told me 7:00 am, again, with attitude. I used to fill up there every week and get the car washed every few weeks - I will never go there again - worst customer service ever!

9:30 on friday night- closed!!!!2nd time this has happened. fire the manager! hours of operation should say m-s if i feel like coming in! a man came to deliver doughnuts, he said he had plenty of time to leave them. i told him this happened to me before. i'm p.a.f!!! someone from the regional store needs to fire the manager! i passed 3 gas stations!!!unacceptable!!!!

Honesty, do yourself a favor and drive on by. I went in there for a bag of ice and gave up after 10 minutes. A couple of customers prepaid for fuel and they loaded it into the wrong pumps. Complete chaos for them to figure that out. They lock their ice (haven't seen this in my area forever) so I couldn't just drop some cash down. Very outdated and dingy inside too. There are much better choices in the general vicinity of this station to grab some fuel and snacks.
