This is a shout out to Kevin! My laptop I use for everything (gaming) had completely bricked on me on a Sunday night. I showed up around 15-30 minutes until the store's closing time, and all of the other employees I had spoken to were assisting customers or tied up with a task at the time. No big deal, I showed up late and eventually found Kevin. Always used a laptop at home, but I had always wanted to switch to a desktop. While I know my way around a computer, the hardware is where I lack knowledge, so it was nice to have his input/opinion on this. Kevin took the time to break down multiple products while respecting my budget and being very informative. Great sales skills with the knowledge to back it up. Good dude. 5 stars.

I went to Best Buy Minnetonka to look at a tablet that was on sale the night before. When I got the the store the tablet went back up to the original price. I asked the associate if they could honor the sale price, the answer was a fast "no", against their policy. I then asked who can override the policy, the answer was a "manager". Once again I had to ask, may I speaker to a manager. The manager looked up the tablet in the system and said they could price match only if I signup and pay for a $50 "My Best Buy Plus" membership. Spend $50 to save $50 is a hard no for me.
When brick and mortar businesses are competing against online retailers, don't make it difficult for customers to give you $$$.
I gave the store 2 star rating, only because the young woman at the front door was helpful and polite.

Curbside pickup not went well. Please choose store pickup otherwise you will end up waiting in curbside pickup area. Associates didn’t show up in curbside pickup area waited almost 25 mins and then went to inside store to pickup the item. Somehow I have faced issue this time.

This is not completely directed at this store. But the number advertised does not call the store but calls a help center overseas. I just had a simple question that only SOMEONE AT THE STORE could answer. Instead I got Harrold from India. Nice guy. Wrong part of the planet to help me.
