“Headlite bulb burned out. I got it out of the socket but not bulb itself. worked with Justin on new bulb. He offered to help when i told him bulb replacement gave me trouble. Replaced all within minutes and sent me on my way. Very satisfied!!”
“I drive past this place almost every day on my way to work but had never really thought about buying a battery from them. My battery died in the parking lot of my job (right around the corner from Interstate), and I thought I could make it home with a harbor freight charger/jumper. I only made it about a mile when I realized it wasn't going to happen. I called Interstate half an hour before they closed and explained the situation, by the time I got there they already had the battery ready for me to purchase, 9 minutes until they closed. The battery that they sold me was much less expensive than I was quoted online from other stores, and $100 cheaper than AAA. The guy working the front counter was very friendly and explained all of the options that I had to choose from. From now on I will only buy batteries from Interstate.”

“Employees are top-notch. I go there when napa fails. I am oftentimes looking for parts/filters for generators/ heaters etc. I don't have a "vehicle to just type in" The employee's will not stop tell you get your part. Warehouse is just up the street.”
“The Minnetonka location's store size isn't the largest O'Reilly's in the area, however the customer service is always great and if they don't have the part you need in stock they will work to get it in as soon as possible.”

“Okay let me start this by saying, I know nothing about cars. (I'm a 25 year old woman trying to learn how to maintain and fix my own vehicle.)So, I walked into O'Reillys clueless asking for a stain remover. I was greeted by some helpful gentlemen and referred to Sherm. He helped me select the right cleaning solvent to get the coffee out of my car seats. As the other gentlemen claimed, Sherm is the expert, so I decided to ask some more car questions. Having a hefty scratch on the back of my car, I was wondering if I could take care of that myself. He helped me hand select the products needed, taught me how to do it, wrote it down and reviewed it with me. He looked up the style and make of my car to confirm we got the right paint, and made sure I understood how to do it. I also have a cracked fender/bumper(cluelessness example) and he helped me buy the products needed, and physically assisted me with putting the lug nuts on. As an older gentlemen he was on the ground helping me fix my issues. He made me confident that I could fix my scratches on my car, and he was incredibly professional and resourceful. I promised Sherm I would come back to show him the result when I repainted my scratches like he told me. When I came home, I told my fiancé about the encounter and he stated "they don't make them like that anymore". That's the truth, he took time out of his day to explain, assist, and physically look at the car issues I was facing. I was nervous walking into an auto repair store knowing nothing about cars or how to fix them, but genuinely walked out feeling motivated and confident to do it myself. Sherm is the best, he's experienced and has great customer service. They truly don't make them like him anymore. (Give that man a raise)”

“I had a couple of older watches that needed batteries and I had looked a several different stores that carried batteries and none of them had either of the three batteries that I needed.
When I looked it up online and got directions I thought I knew where it was, but I did have difficulty in finding the place. It's a small sign mixed in with some other businesses and it's difficult to spot. I went to Batteries R Us and they had all of the batteries that I needed.”
