“DAS is a great example of what seems like the very few companies who really stand behind their work. My first generation (1991) Miata’s AC was , by all research, a lost cause. They resurrected it at a fraction of the cost of replacement and when a 30 year old o-ring leaked, they replaced it - on warranty. My expectation was a reasonable charge for shop time - something most places would gleefully charge. These guys absorbed it. That’s the highest standard of excellence.”

There was a mix up in where I was supposed to go get my 3M tape fixed so I called last minute to be moved over. I arrived and everyone was nice and quick to get things done. I left within the hour and things were addressed with easy. Thank you to the folks (John, James, whoever put on my new 3M tape, and Ben; I hope those are the right names) who were so helpful and didn’t make me have to reschedule an appointment and drive 40 minutes again ?
