Our service person Blake was very knowledgeable of our Miele steam oven and its issue. He was friendly, on time and efficient I will definitely use AMA Service again They are a must for Miele, Bosch, etc

I have a few fridge that was repeatedly tripping circuit breaker and electrician had no idea what more to do. Mike Fisher from AMA Services came, verified fridge was fine but then gave me manufacturer's sheet on steps to take the fix the problem I was having. Mike, while on site, also had several other helpful and simple fixes for common things we had going wrong with appliances around the home. Can't say enough how helpful Mike was!

Blake has been out to our house on service calls in the past, so we had his contact info. Yesterday I accidentally popped off the small detergent release door on the inside of our dishwasher. It seemed very simple to fix, but it was not at ALL intuitive, and there were no videos online. My husband reached out to Blake, and he sent us a video he made himself, showing us how to fix it. (And yes, it was incredibly simple, but we never would have figured it out on our own.) No service charge or house call. Just free, kind help. So rare these days. We are grateful!

I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to add another "Wow! I'm impressed!" review to the pile for Mike Fisher and AMA, in general. Mike went out of his way to fully explain the 'what' and 'why' behind the Bosch fridge ice maker issue as well as the 'how' they were going to get it resolved. Then he followed through exactly as he said he would. AMA was incredibly easy to work with - just a call, confirmation of in-warranty, and scheduled as soon as I could get squeezed in (they are obviously popular, for good reason!) and they reached out to me to get the follow-up visit scheduled as soon as the part came in. Polite, affable, intelligent, skilled, professional, and full of integrity. This team will always be my go-to in the future. Thanks for all your help!

I rarely ever post any google reviews but Mike from AMA deserves it - He gave me a call the evening before to confirm our appointment and set a specific time, texted me 15min before arriving, and showed up at our scheduled time on the dot. He was very kind and polite, and took the time to explain what was was wrong with our vent hood. He even took the time to explain each part of the vent and how to check and maintain it ourselves now! And not to mention, this is the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Can’t remember receiving any service like that in a long time. Thank you for the help Mike!!

Wow! Cannot say enough good things about Mike Fisher at AMA. We have a Thermador refrigerator and it had condensation in the bottom that kept causing issue. We had another repair company out and they didn’t have a solution. Mike took much of the unit apart and repaired, tested, then put back together the fridge. It’s working great a month later with no issue. He was also funny and enjoyable to have in the home! Appreciate it so much. Saved us a ton as we thought we might have to replace the unit.

We bought a new Bosch dishwasher in 2020. It broke 2 months ago. Mr. Appliance came out and said it would cost over $900 to fix it. I called the manufacturer, and they were willing to pay for Mr. Appliance to repair it even though the 1 year warranty expired. The office lady Jamie quit, so I never got an email reply from her or anyone. Each time I called the business, the call center people would tell me they don't service Bosch dishwashers. There was a lot of back and forth for weeks. I finally got the repair scheduled for this week Tuesday, but the repairman never showed up. I called and they cancelled my repair without telling me. Apparently, they said they don't have the "jacks" part required to fix the problem, and Bosch requires it. I emailed Bosch. Bosch had AMA Repair Service (Betsy) contact me yesterday. They are a certified/authorized Bosch repair service. Our repair was scheduled for 7am this morning. Mike arrived bright and early. He did a thorough inspection, and the issue was only a $50 fix (not the $900 that Mr. Appliance quoted). We had a few hiccups, but Mike came back 2 times in the same day, even after his shift was over. He took pride in his work and wanted it done right. He is polite, used a mat for his tools, and is a great communicator. This is top notch service, which is hard to find these days. If my appliances ever need repair, I'm definitely calling AMA first. I highly recommend this family-owned business for your Bosch repairs!Service: Dishwasher repair

Fantastic experience!We have a less than 2 year old Bosch cooktop that stopped working. Although past the one year warranty, Betsy recommended I discuss the concern for a second time with Bosch who ultimately agreed to pay for the repair in full! That saved us in excess of $2000. That would not have happened had it not been for Betsy's help. She was kind, patient and incredibly helpful. In addition we were getting a houseful of guests for Easter and Betsy went out of her way to coordinate the repairs for us in time. Blake completed the repairs with expertise and was more than careful to keep everything clean and protected. Probably the best service i've had at my house. They called ahead. Very polite and professional. Respected our home and appliances while they worked on them.
