Ace Imports Auto Sales is the best deal in town by far, maybe the best deal in MN. Lee is an incredible human being. My family and I have purchased over seven cars from him dating back nearly 15 years. Exceptional value for your money and the cars last a long time. You get the best of both worlds. Lee also runs his business with the absolute highest ethical character, everything is transparent and explained up front and he will go above and beyond to save you money and make you happy. We are thrilled with our purchases from Lee and he will be there for you even after your purchase because that is his commitment to you as a customer. I will vouch for Lee's moral character and integrity any day. His business is first class all the way and quite frankly Lee inspires me. I would give a ten star review if I could. Le, is awesome I had him replace my breaks a few months back. Great friend and very honest mechanic. Le, always is fair priced and very detailed oriented. I would refer anyone to his place of bussiness . I referred a friend to him already and she was very pleased and satisfied with his quality work.

Lee, Took care of replacing my breaks a few months and is very honest and a great friend. I have him working on replacing new parts including master brake cylinder.

Wonderful service!! I called, Lee said to bring my car right over. I'm horrible at telling when I need new brakes, so yet again I needed new rotors. I also had an oil change done. Brakes were $350 and the synthetic oil change was $55. He's now my one and only mechanic! Fair and reasonable, also trustworthy which is hard to find in a mechanic now days.

My wife and I bought a 2017 Rav4 at Ace Imports in 2020 and until yesterday I would have said it was a good experience. Now needing a larger vehicle for our growing family, we went to trade it in at a Toyota dealer. They ran a Carfax report which showed major damage occurred shortly before we purchased it from Ace. Though fixed well enough to fool our experienced mechanic, it was not disclosed to us even though I asked the seller repeatedly. Ace showed us a clean Carfax report (Toyota dealer said it can take a few months for records to be updated) and gave a lower price to get it out the door before it showed up on the report. KBB now estimates it would be worth more than 17k on trade in with a clean title but the Toyota dealer dropped their offer to under 10k due to the damage report. We drove our daughter around in this vehicle. Not cool.
Update: It won't let me reply to the response, so I am adding here. As mentioned in the review above my wife purchased the vehicle, we do not have the same last name. The attached photos are from our records, including the business card included in the sale documents and the purchase contract. Both list the business as Ace Imports Auto Sales at 635 14th Ave S, Hopkins, MN 55343. If this is a different business than yours, I will remove this post.
Final update: The owner found our records and reached out to me and my wife to make an offer on the vehicle. It had already sold a few weeks prior but he went out of his way to try to improve our experience, which I appreciate. We took no recompense, but I root for small businesses and therefore have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
My goal with this post is to share my experience so other customers are informed while highlighting a good faith attempt by the business owner to provide quality service. Though I would not rule out purchasing a vehicle here again, I would be extra careful to identify any holes in a vehicle's history and of course have a mechanic check it out, requesting close inspection for collision or other damage. Le is a rockstar. I’d highly recommend purchasing a car from these guys if you are in the market. Beyond accommodating, noticed there was an issue with my breaks after purchasing. Le had me bring the car in so he could take care of it.
If given the opportunity I’d give them more than 5 stars!

Lee is my favorite mechanic. Very transparent and honest with his work. He calls to the back and lifts ur car up and shows you the issues your car has. He test drives with u to hear/ see the car problem. He also searched car parts in your presence so you see how much they cost before he actually puts in the orders. Such an awesome person. My husband bought a car from him years ago and since then I have had him service my car

I bought a car from Le a couple years ago and it's been great. He spent plenty of time talking me through the process and let me test drive as many as it took to make a decision. To this day, I've had no major issues. Best experience I've had buying a car. It makes a huge difference working with someone who is passionate about the industry.

We live in Central Iowa and just bought a van from Ace Imports and had a fantastic experience with the whole transaction! Ahn went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was perfect with the van before we took possession. He was very easy to work with. It was worth the drive for sure and would recommend him and Ace Imports to anyone.

Definitely would not recommend this shady business to anyone. a good friend of mine bought a car from them and turns out the transmission was bad and there were cracks in the engine. when she brought the car back they had the nerve to keep $500 of the money she paid for the car. stay away from this place

Anh the owner did a exceptional job. The job(s) that were completed were all 4 brakes and rotors, oil change, transmission flush, and tire rotation. I found Anh to be very hard working, honest, and willing to go above and beyond. Anh is a very smart guy that knows his stuff, was very down to earth, and welcoming. This place hands down, has the best prices out there for: service, buying or selling your vehicle. The owner is as honest as they come, but extremely knowledgeable of all kinds of cars. I highly recommend this place compared to any other dealership out there.
