I usually dont call people out by there names on my reviews, as a past general manager of sales i feel Rafael deserves recognition personally, everyday i come in this mans integrity stands out , hes there almost everyday with the utmost respect for his customers and store ! Get this man an award or promotion you dont see customer service like this everyday. Well done boss this is why i shop with caseys in hoffman and continue to come to caseys in hoffman !

well my girl works there so... everyone that works there are good folks. brit manages. he does well . pizza is always good. and i will put my boy ronnie up against anybody when it comes to making pizza! austin " sprinkles" - he's in at 330am baking . he goes hard on the rolls and donuts with, you guessed it- sprinkles?. to be serious though- in and out always. good service always. good food always. a lot of pumps so never wait for gas. a big lot for parking, or pulling over on long drives. or hitting up that free WIFI yo!

Rafael (the manager) greeted me and my mom. He was kind and the whole place was super clean and the other staff were nice also. Will be returning.

Stay away from this store they dont follow covid rules at alli know for a fact they allowed a person to work while here you child was at home with covid!!!!!!!!!

This is a very clean, well stocked store. The staff is friendly and helpful. Whether it's pastries, hot sandwiches, pizza, snacks... They got it. Large drink selection in the coolers. One fridge of alcohol even! They always seem to have what I'm looking for. A pleasure to shop at.
