I’ve come to this location for years but the last several times I’ve come in, I’ve been treated so rude. The lady who’s usually at the counter might as well bark at you when you come in the door. If you’re not a 60+ year old man, she treats you like dirt. I went in for a simple request and was belittled to the point where I just left.

I have mailed out several bills and party invites mailed over the last 6 months and I would say 1 out of 3 items i have mailed gets lost in transit from here.

If I had the choice to get my stuff delivered through Sandstone or Pine City, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The lady that works the counter there is always rude whenever I've been in there. Not to mention they keep switching drivers for my route and whenever that happens, they always deliver it to the wrong place and I never receive it. It sucks that this is what we're stuck dealing with but I guess we have no other choice.

The postmaster here is absolutely the most condescending person I’ve ever spoken to. You’d think I murdered her entire family and took away her birthday.
