I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was rude and hung up on me when I inquired about a haircut. I am new to the area and will never come to this salon because of the poor service I was given while trying to make an appointment. They may do good work like the other reviews suggest (which is why I tried to book) but their customer service is clearly lacking.

Called to make an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. As soon as the person that answered the phone understood what I wanted, she became short and somewhat rude. I guess it is still taboo for a guy to get his nails done in Hinckley, MN.

I got acrylic nails and the day I got them done, they looked so grown out that it looked like I needed to get them filled it. It worked a couple days for my occasion, but I'm upset to be paying that much for below average nails. I'll try coming back soon, but my hopes are crushed. The nail design was simple and cute which looked good.
