“I went in for dinner items n snacks for the ride home n even tho I wasn't excited about the prices, I enjoyed the easiness of finding what I wanted! Then, going to checkout n had about the best checkout ever. Brady waited on me n was an absolute bright spot in my day. He was happy n extremely quick witted n funny. He made my day!!! I'm not from Hinckley but I've been to Daggetts and this was by far my best ever visit!!!!”

“Most staff at Chris’s are pleasant and helpful. It’s generally clean. Prices are higher than other large stores which is to be expected given the smaller area they serve.
Today was an anomaly in my usual local stop. The cashier was aloof and utterly unhelpful. Wanting to use my points the cashier just said “the screen freezes”. I waited for her to fix it so I could get my $10 off but she silently stared at me. I asked again and she said she already told me it freezes; No offer to get help from someone else, no offer to click the button back (I’m assuming they can do that because the screen said ask cashier and I have had a different cashier do it before!) So I paid the extra money took my things and thanked for her the total lack of anything resembling customer service. She would get one star.
The usual staff I see are kind and pleasant. So idk if this cashier was having a bad day but I don’t ever see this at Chris’s so I’m still leaving 4 stars.”
“The deals are pretty good at this place. The sales can be a bit confusing when you have to look for the little colored dots. Also, I would appreciate it if they had a better assortment of fresh flowers.”

“The employees here are very helpful and friendly. Caleb is a very nice, and helpful, and considerate young man. Its refreshing to see people such as he in todays day and age. Can't say enough good things about him, just always a pleasure.I would rate this DG a five star, but they seem to lack supplies often. Well done on the always very nice employee hires. Caleb, however really goes the extra mile every time we visit the store.”
