They refused to give me the correct perscription. I went to pick up medicine and they only gave me one of the medicines I needed instead of both and the one they gave me was the wrong one. Their service is also terrible.

What can I say, if they aren't completely out of your medication they'll likely only be able to partially fill it. There maybe is a sliver of a chance they'll have it in stock or be able to fill it within a few days, and if that's the case you'll be lucky enough to pull up and find that you only have to wait 30 mins to an hour and a half to pick it up :-) that is, if they didn't decide to close without warning due to short staffing. This locations pharmacy is so awful it's insane. The rest of the store is fine.

Twice in six weeks I’ve been unable to fill a prescription here. Pharmacy randomly closes due to staffing issues. This impacts people’s health.

Don't bother going to the drive thru...the techs just walk by the window..don't say "will be right with you"..understand you are short staffed..but some common courtesy would help..a thing of the past.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is thee worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Expect to wait 30mins to even talk to someone. Do not expect your prescriptions to be ready the first time you go there. They never have anything ready. They will try to blame it on being short staffed but personally I think it's people that don't want to do their job. Management needs to get involved. Never go here unless it's the last pharmacy on Earth.

My prescription is “out of stock” and has been for 3 weeks now. When I went in to ask they said they get new shipments in Tuesdays and Thursdays and to call in the morning of those days to get it filled.Which means they’ve had my prescription in stock many times since it was sent by my doctor but they didn’t fill it because people who called in got it first.How is that fair? Shouldn’t prescriptions be filled in the order they are received not just whoever calls first?Further more when I checked the website to see the status it says: “prescription delayed, no action needed” well if I need to call early in the morning that is an “action needed”.They need to fill prescriptions in the order they are received, it’s not fair some people can just budge to the front of the line by calling first thing in the morning. I do not have time for that. Please just fill it.

Worse pharmacy. Long lines all day. They have the one rx tech servicing both the drive through and in store. My prescription was ready and no one called me

Their pharmacy is never open. And always has the drive thru closed. They are closed on the weekends and also never have your prescription ready when they say they will.

When you ask them to transfer your prescription to another walgreens they say they don't do that and they take forever

It appears this pharmacy has so many issues lately. Their phones don't work. Power outages. Credit card reader didn't work. Temporarily closed for some reason. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. This could have been a 5 star but way too many issue's trying to get medicine.

Really slow and everyone in line they get they same thing "be 5 mins its not ready" hour later I just walked out hope its ready tomorrow. Update.... they are still slow evertime I get my RX's.

If I could give no stars I would. Have been in Columbia Heights for 22 years and my husband has used this pharmacy for the entire time. I do not use this pharmacy because of their practices but because he has been there for so long and the fact we live approx 1 mile from there he stays with them. This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been in. The worse part about it is they know it and could care less. During the height of the pandemic they used that a a reason to be unorganized and slow. So many issues not enough lines to post them all. Just to hit a few issues, revived the wrong prescriptions three times, waited over 2 hours multiple times for service, called prescriptions in at 8 in the morning and at 5 pm never ready and asked to wait again. They always have the drive thru closed stating phone not working. Went today for a prescription that was called in 4 days ago to be told by a rude person after standing there being ignored for 6 mins while she typed her report that they were still working on it. Really???? And of coarse the sign was up saying to go inside the phone in the drive up was down. I have cancer and did not really feel like going in. My husband had a prescription he has taken for 15 years that they kept saying the Dr would not renew. He went without it for 2 weeks when the Dr verified it was still an active prescription. Finally it was refilled. It really goes on and on and just without a doubt the worst place ever. Do not go there. Go to another location

I have had many problems at this particular Walgreens store. Last was I went to pick up my insulin and it says nine on the package yet it only had three in the package. I also use a libre freestyle sensor. I have had two that it went bad on me. Thanks Chuck D.

Pretty terrible pharmacy, actually.Never had rude service or anything, really. Nothing great.There's ALWAYS some issue with my prescription, though.Sorry folks, would not recommend.

The worst. They never bother to fill your prescription until you arrive.Why bother with the app or have the Dr. send in ahead of time.Giant waste of time.
