As a valued customer since 2006, I have had a positive experience with this location despite high interest rates and occasional late payments. While I have had to deal with aggressive collections calls from Tiffany, blocking her number has helped alleviate the issue( lol)Overall, I give this location a rating of 5 stars.

Worst decision ever made don't ever shop here even if your struggling. Find some other places to go Tiffany has horrible customer service and she's very disrespectful. We asked her to charge our card what we only could pay. She charge's the full amount. I'm definitely reporting everything home choice does. Very very bad customer service.

Tiffany is extremely rude, she was rude from the day I walked into their store and she's been rude over the past year ever since. I've never did business with Home Choice before or anything like this in general. I explained the situation to her about the washer and dryer, after everything was all said and done, I politely said "ok thanks" and she immediately hung up in my face because she didn't like the answer she was given. I will never do business with Home Choice again simply because of her. I'll never do business with any company like this if this is how they act. She really gives Home Choice a bad rep, there's no way your this rude to customers and I'll be reporting her to her higher ups!

One thing I have to say about this store on Central Ave NE Minneapolis MN is that you will be dealing with some of the Most Caring and Respectful folks to Deal with anytime.

Been a customer of home for years, they customers service is excellent, except for the assistance manger (Tiffany) she yell at the customer in the store while I making a payment, and when she call. I was informed by her that cooperate doesn't care about anything that happens on the district level. Her behavior as a manager is disgraceful.

Do not buy from here they will have a contract and if you return it back then will say it's a reposition and it goes on your credit report also they are very very rude customer service sucks

I been doing business with home Choice in Colombia height mn 3/4 yrs. Spend probably over $10,000 and most of the time I pay a week in advance. There is time where we get behind for various reason.
