Trey was fantastic helping me transfer over to cricket I had the worst time trying to leave xfinity with my number and Trey made the transition so seamless! I really don't know what I'd do without his help. Cricket just gained a life long customer!

I would not buy from this store again. I like my cricket phone & cricket service has been excellent, but this store, no. They tried to insist I buy a $60 case because I was buying a phone, then had me buy an adapter that I ended up not needing & when I tried to return it, guess what?, on the back of the receipt it says no refunds. I'm out $35! The customer service isnt, and they WILL most certainly take advantage of you.

The service and people there are great,but the air conditioning has been broken for a little while, it's unbearably hot in there. Employees should not have to work in that and customers will not shop there either

I have to say that I was as good natured and cheerful as possible, maybe that was a mistake? Because I am struggling for a word I can use on-line to describe my experience, demeaning, dreadful, shameful? The attitude of the clerks was disgusted, unconcerned, aloof and impersonal. The manager (?) crossed her arms and sneered the whole time standing behind the clerk who seemed stressed and strained. Yes, sneered.They were unable to help me, unable to offer any help - they didn't even try to sell a solution, like an upgrade or a new phone (things that would have been a solution i found out after checking on line).Avoid at all costs, you would be treated better at a drunk tank and at least come out of it getting to make one phone call.The owner is quick to respond to reviews, that's something. But I did not write this review to advise him how to "enhance" the customer experience for my next visit. I won't be coming back. I wrote this on good faith to warn others, to save another from wasting their time.This sort of experience often comes from poor management who mistreat or don't train workers; or from workers who know there will be zero repercussions for their performance. And that is okay, we see more of this across the board. But if someone wants to be treated with a modicum of respect, I advise they go elsewhere.

Been with cricket for awhile now. Jesse the manager at der Columbia heights is very knowledgeable very helpful always there when you need him and I just love going there sometimes every time I or every time I have a problem with my phone he's there to help he points out to save you money and that's right now is the most important thing.
