Yesterday they said that they had my prescription but couldn't fill it without my insurance card. Today I go in with my insurance card to pick it up, we don't have any in stock, maybe Monday. Like people have nothing but time to deal with their crappy communication. Plus the workers in the pharmacy and counter seemed like " oh well, not our problem ".

Rude staff in pharmacy! Pulled up didn't see anyone, waited and pressed the call button. Older woman with dark hair picked up and rudely let me know they'd get to me when they get time and hung up walked away. If you don't like customers don't deal with customers. Canceling my prescriptions and going to thrifty white from now on.

Poor customer service and misleading signage. You have to read the fine print for every "deal". I will not go back.

Had some questions about the status of a prescription, tried calling the store, closed, closed on a Monday. Tried the online chat, can't help because something about different state, sent me to call consumer assistance, tried to connect me to the closed pharmacy, told them the pharmacy was closed, told them why I called them, wanted to connect me with a different pharmacy. Wasted 45 minutes of my life on that and the only thing I learned was Walgreens customer service sucks,when you actually need assistance!

The Walgreens in Hibbing Mn needs to work on their customer service skills. They may be understaffed but My husband and I witnessed both the pharmacist and a tech be so rude to a customer they should be embarrassed.

Double charged me and refused to fix it. Will definitely not be returning to this location. Also has a terribly slow pharmacy and rude pharmacists who obviously don’t do their JOB.
