Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes at the window b4 even being told they'd be with me soon. When they finally did told me it wasn't ready when it was suppose to be ready last night. Then they didn't have enough to fill the prescription.

I had a very pleasant experience picking up a new medication from Walgreens in Hibbing. The staff was polite and respectful and even greeted with a smile. Thank you for all your hard work.

Horrible customer service, went two days in a row for them to say they haven’t gotten my rx ready yet. They say they’ve been too busy with other customers but there’s never anyone there when we’re there. You’re probably better off with your clinic’s pharmacy.

My experience with Walgreens in the last 4 months has not been good. It would've been better if they had just sent a letter out saying they were going to close. Rather than stringing people along thinking they could get their medications filled. When you take a lot of medications switching pharmacies is a very big ordeal and I believe that the way they went about this was totally wrong

this pharmacy is so bad i would rate it a zero, but that’s not possible, so i give it a one star. I waited for over an hour in line yesterday until the pharmacy closed, and left because i was still in line for drive through prescriptions only. i drove there today, waited in line for over an hour AGAIN only to be greeted with terrible attitude from staff, and left completely empty handed because the pharmacy didn’t have my meds ready. my prescription was transferred over so i didn’t have to drive all the way to grand rapids for my prescription, but walgreens screwed up and i ended having to drive all the way to grand rapids for my prescription anyway. complete waste of time. horrible experience.

Rediculous. Been here tons of times to get meds. I have to drive 20 min to get them. I call to get my meds refilled they say oh well get that ready. I wait the hour for them. Drive there 20 mins. Then they tell me oh we don't have that in stock. Has happened 5x. Ok? Well call people and tell them!! Or maybe check before filling it? Makes sense. U can see addresses and see I'm a ways away! Shouldn't happen!

We booked COVID-19 tests at Walgreens because they stated online 24 hour results. While trying to obtain results after 48 hours, we were then told it could be 72 hours. Unless you're sitting on the border of Canada waiting for results, good luck using Walgreens for test results to enter Canada. Very disappointed in Walgreens.

Awful pharmacy service. After screwing up a prescription where an overpaid moron simply puts 20 antibiotics in a container, they tell me it will be another 40 minutes to get it fixed. if you are in Hibbing go to Barons.
