I've been going to Thrifty White for years. They feel like family. I love that when I come in, they call me by my name. A couple of weeks ago, I went to pick up a prescription, which was more than I expected. I paid for it, not knowing what I was going to cut out of my budget to afford it. On my way home, I called Thrifty White to ask if there was some kind of discount I could use even though I had already paid. They told me to bring it back, and they would try to run it through with one of the discount programs. I was so relieved when they ran it through. I ended up paying 1/3 of the original cost! I was so thankful! I think they have been understaffed, which must be stressful. But they are always kind and take time to make the customers feel like they are important.

Every time I call, they mess something up. If I just use the automated call in function, I still have to call in the next day to make sure they are even starting to fill them. I'm on 14 different meds due to strokes and other health problems. There have been times I've gone 5 days without my meds because of them. At that point it's pretty much like quitting cold turkey. So my body gets more messed up from withdrawals, then I have to worry about that as well. Just hope nothing major doesn't happen while waiting for my meds, or I don't die because of this. Then the blatant lies. Called in 8 meds last night. It said Thursday by 2 they would be ready. Called today to see if they could fill the ones that didnt need to be faxed and was told they could and would be ready after 2. Had my husband call at 3:30 and only 2 were filled. The rest were ready filled and would maybe be here friday by 2. And they are not sure when they are getting 1 of my meds in. Ive already been without that one for 5 days. Plus when we get there after they say they are done, it's always sorry another 20 minutes or 40 minutes....but um you just said they were filled. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Plus they announced my birthday and other confidential information when there where some people around. Pretty sure they ask us to verify our birthday, not tell us our birthday. And yes, this has happened more then once also. Would never recommend them. I will be glad to get out of here before this town kills me.

I was helped today by a young man named Mitchell. He was very polite and helpful. He is a great addition to our local Thrifty White.

Was back and fourth trying to get a prescription for 3 days, only for them to make an excuse and tell me they can’t use my state insurance on an out of state doctor and also won’t take good rx because it’s a discount and something about losing licenses. Went to Walmart and had zero issues was in and out in 3 minutes.

They forget to fill prescriptions constantly, never have them ready. Never answer phone. Very poor service indeed.

I really enjoy the friendly staff but it looks like the could use some help! I tried 3 times to get a medication filled! Then they had the audacity to tell my husband that the doctor need to refill my prescription in which case he had assured me it was already sent! I filled it at different pharmacy! Please for the love of god just be truthful . If you can't get it on the truck just let me know. It's pretty sad 3 days early and the their making excuses!

Talked to a pharmacist trying to price match an antibiotic for my dog, written by the vet. She refused to give me a price and stated that I'd have to fill the prescription there to get a price. Other pharmacies have given me their prices so that I can price match. This isn't a way to get business, I will be using Walgreens here on out and won't even think about thrifty White again due to this incident.

Staff was friendly but didn't have medication I needed on hand. And there is no delivery service.

Properly gets things done, but timeliness is never prioritized.Got told I had an attitude for addressing the fact that my prescription had been filled with the generic although my prescriber and I wanted name brand. I was told a prior auth would be completed but one was not submitted or requested from thrifty white until 10-14 days later.I just wanted my medication and apparently since they’re busy is a reason to do their jobs with zero communication or courtesy. People these days have no ability to ensure promptness, and are in no way understanding or accommodative.. especially Lydia in the drive thru
