“I get so excited when I know I’m driving to Hibbing as my first STOP is the VETERANS STORE! LISA and BOB are the most AMAZING, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, STAFF THERE I’ve ever met!!! LISA you don’t know how much you have inspired me with your GREAT ATTITUDE and SMILE and HELP every time I walk into the store!!! JUST THAT ALONE makes me SO HAPPY to have someone that cares help me with FASHION STYLING that I desperately need!! BOB YOU ARE the most POLITE guy I have ever seen on the IRON RANGE!! YOU ARE A RARE GEM, hopefully it will rub off onto the other men in this area... JUST NEEDED TO SAY: BLESS YOU TWO for the POSITIVE ENERGY you have given to us while shopping there!!”

“Update: new (goth?) employee wearing cat ears at work and smelling of bo is VERY rude to customers. Several other employees are still kind and polite but this new person makes me avoid the shop. If you're lucky enough to have a job in which you can wear a literal costume to work, the very least you can do is be polite to their customers.Very clean for a thrift shop, kind staff, good covid protocols.”
“Today was my 1st time going to their food bank and I would give them a 5 star review except for the gentleman who helped me was extremely rude and kept swearing under his breath made me feel like a total l******* For the record I'm giving them 4 stars because the other employees/ volunteers there were all very friendly and helpful.”
