We went there to trade in a car. Right away we could tell the salesperson didn’t want to deal with us. We were basically told they wouldn’t take his car and sent us off with a purchase agreement to take to a bank we don’t bank at and see what they could do to loan us money. They didn’t take any info to even run an app from us. Very disappointed that a home town business still acts this way. We went to Duluth and we left with a brand new car and were treated wonderful. Never will recommend this place. Go out of town- they go the extra mile!

Went there for a diagnosis on my equinox, they identified a turbo intake leak. I called back a week later and the service person couldn’t find any details on my vehicle and recommended another diagnosis. I rode the repair out and called back to schedule a diagnosis and they found the details in the system somehow. They said they’d call me back after getting price quote on parts and never did. I walked in and asked why I didn’t get a call back and if they could still fix it. The lady behind the counter seemed confused so I decided I had enough of their bull. Won’t be back there anytime soon.
