“I have been going for oil changes for years and have never had a problem but I got one yesterday and they messed with a lot in my car. This has never happened before so maybe it was a shorter person who brought my car in or a new policy but I thought it was kind of weird. Messed with all of my display settings on my dash, all of my mirrors were moved, and my seat was moved so far forwarded I knocked my knees when I got in. Other than everything else was great.”

“very quick! I do believe there is a little fast talking, charm activating, smooth talk they use to get services or replace parts that may not need to be replaced. it is expensive and they know that we need oil changes and most people do not have the time to do it themselves.
with that being said, besides the price which you'll be looking at around 80 ish bucks for JUST a oil change. they do good work! only reason I went to four stars is due to the price. but I never had to wait longer than 5ish mins in line.”
